This store needs the new touch screen Lotto machines that dont break down nearly as often as these dinosaurs ! 2 trips in a row I've stopped here to buy Lotto and their machine was down for the count - unacceptable!

I stopped by this CVS store this morning because I wanted to get a soda to drink. I parked at the parking lot behind this CVS because it's in a big plaza with a lot of parking spots. I walked into this CVS from Ventura since I was walking around the area. The soda fridge is right there near that entrance so I was able to find what I was looking for. They had a deal if you buy 2 soda bottles so that's what I did. I also saw they have a decent amount of energy drink and carry the ZOA Energy drink I prefer. The store is a decent size and looks like it's organized well.

I like CVS in general. They got to be a national chain by doing things right. They have an amazing selection of all the things you expect to find in a Southern California drug store. Their pharmacy department is well staffed and the staff is very knowledgeable if you have questions or need information. Check out is easy and before you know it, you're on your way to your next errand. They aren't perfect (their cash register receipts are too, too long) but if you need what a drug stores carry, you'll do okay by going here.

CVS Studio City Volume 2... Just as nice as the CVS literally across the street, but with a slightly smaller scaled layout. The customer service is pleasant and they stay pretty clean. The parking situation isn't too bad either though in a very much more shared parking lot with several neighboring businesses. I mainly stop in for small items or lotto needs as they are conviently located near the Ventura Blvd side entrance and makes for an easy in and out if purchasing a scratcher or a Mega (so high right now)!

I have been going to this particular CVS pharmacy for over 35 years to be exact. Not ONCE did I have a problem with any of their employees or pharmacists!! Over the years people came and left, but the customer service remains EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL & FLAWLESS!! From picking up medication, to dropping off prescriptions, consulting information pertaining to any type of medication, or issues/allergies, side affects. They are hands on and SPOT ON! They will even get in contact by calling or emailing your doctor within minutes. I can't mention any particular staff member, since they are ALL SO GREAT!! I even got flu/shingles shots and they work like a PRO! They are fast, quick, nice, patient, helpful, professional, efficient, courteous, and they all work hard to satisfy everybody's needs. There is always a long line, but their fully stocked employees clear that line in less than 15 minutes. They almost have all medications/vaccines on their shelves; most of the time. I mean you are dealing with people's health. Their automated service is prompt, messages are returned on timely manner, transactions are always completed w/out any glitches. And they truly are the BEST! Plenty of parking shared with so many other businesses. If I could give this pharmacy/staff 10 SOLID STARS, then I would! Keep up the good work... employees at CVS Pharmacy!:-))))) Thank you for serving me and my loved ones for decades!!

It is so convenient since I live right across the street from the store. I don't drink alcohol, but they have an EXTENSIVE SELECTION OF NOT ONLY BEER AND WINE, but every alcohol that you can think of. I browsed the isle few times to buy a housewarming gift for friends and family. They literally have everything from A to Z. From liquor, to food and drinks to household supplies. Store is nice, clean, organized and fully stocked. Food is 95% fresh. However, customer service is good, but can be better depending on the DAY, PERSON and their MOOD. Sometimes they are very helpful, friendly, and sometimes they will just stare at you like they didn't hear or understand what I have said. Prices are STEEP, but I guess you are paying for the convenience so you don't have to go to the local grocery store. Another thing that I don't like that I have noticed is why is it that there are no prices marked on the items? Every time I have to go and ask the cashier or someone to find out the price of a certain item. Take the time people and please mark the prices on the products. It will be very helpful!! And give out an itemized receipt with your purchase without being asked. If I wasn't a regular customer and didn't know Tony, Doris, Thirteen,Eddy, Jeff and Pablo, I would have given them 3 stars. But for now 4 stars will do . And if you guys do those minor things another star will be added and you will hit the jackpot!! Thank you and will return soon!!

I thought maybe Walgreens might have it. Walked in yesterday, and no greeting until I approached the gentlemen in the photo area, and he said whatever that they had was in that section. Small selection in their Christmas decorations/ornaments isle. Couldn't find any type of Santa Claus. I guess Santa is still stuck in the North Pole. They were about to close, so I browsed the isles to see if I could find anything else. I got 2 beautiful, festive, Christmas oval shaped paper plates that came in count of 8 in each pack. Was on sale for $2.39 for each pack. Original price was $4.78. So I grabbed them. Also, got 2 Twix candy bars. Was also on sale; 2 for $2.50. Opened one and inhaled it w/out chewing first:-)) not joking! Employees were tired, I guess it was the end of their day, and they were in a hurry to go home. Raven was my cashier, rang me up, and I was the last customer to leave the store. They close at 10pm. Store was clean, except the bathroom. Toilet was not flushed, small little toilet papers were here and there, and the trash was pretty full. All of the isles were nicely stocked, items facing us, and a lot of sale items for the Holidays. This pharmacy has been consistently unreliable and has created problems that directly affect my health. After moving from the OC to the SFV, I chose this Walgreens because it is the closest major pharmacy to my home. I have two prescriptions, and almost every single time, they are "not in stock." Worse, they dispensed one of my medications incorrectly, giving me two 50 mg pills daily instead of one 100 mg, and then billed my insurance as though it was correct. Because of their mistake, I am now missing a refill and have to go back to my doctor for a new prescription. I am currently without the necessary medication because of this location's incompetence. This is not an isolated issue. Other Yelp reviewers have reported similar problems. Even the Arleta Walgreens, where this location sent me because of their stock issues, could not fill the prescription because of the error made here. Their staff made it clear they were unhappy with the mess they had to deal with. If you care about accuracy, reliability, or basic competence, do not trust this pharmacy with your medications. Go elsewhere.

The only downside is that parking is very very limited and everything is one way with a very narrow path to get in and out of your parking spot. But once you've parked and are inside, it's nothing but positives. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. The nurses do an amazing job at keeping our two young children calm while they administer the shots (all the free candy & books & toys don't hurt). We're really appreciative of how well they manage what is such a scary event for so many kids. The location itself is quite small and they are doing their best to maximize their space which means outside of the room where they give the shots, there isn't a ton of space to walk around or even shop between aisles. But that's fine. If you're here to just put in or pick up a prescription it shouldn't be an issue. And both times we've made appointments ahead of time so we didn't have to wait for long. So, if you're looking for a good, local, family pharmacy, look no further than Elements. It's been great and as long as our kids are young, we'll absolutely be coming back.
