    This employee refused to turn the air compressor on after I purchased fuel in violation of state law and was rude and dismissive

    Purchased gas and requested they turn on the air compressor for my tires. Three employees all refused despite state law requiring them to turn the air compressor on for customers who purchase fuel. I asked politely and they were rude, dismissive, and demanded I pay them to turn on the air compressor despite the law requiring them to provide free air to customers who purchase fuel. I would only recommend coming to this gas station if you like to be price gouged, treated horribly, and to support businesses that refuse to follow the law. I've attached photos of the three attendants who refused to turn the air on in violation of state law.

    I pull up to the gas station first to get gas then decide to get air before I get gas. I asked the clerk that was outside if he can please turn the air on he said I have to put two dollars. I figured. OK I'm not a customer yet so technically so they don't have to give it to me. I go inside. I buy a few items And after purchasing I asked the cashier who is a different clerk if I can get the air on, she also said pay two dollars and it'll turn on now. I'm not getting gas here anymore that's for sure. First it's about $1.00 more than almost all the gas stations in the area. All items are already over priced. And they still want you to pay for something that's mandated by state law? To make matters worse, I tell myself oh well it's just two dollars and I need the air so I pay two dollars to get air and I know after turning the air pump on that this stupid little thing that goes onto the air nozzle is not working correctly and the whole time I'm actually releasing air from my tire instead of putting air in there. This is ridiculous. What kind of scam are you pulling here. I'm reporting this to anyone I can and making sure they abide by "STATE LAW" and give gas purchasing customers free air and water and an air gauge. No I understand you'll probably say oh I didn't purchase any gas. Well that's true because I didn't purchase any gas at that moment but the Cashier inside didn't know I purchased any gas or not nor did the clerk that was outside by the trash can doing nothing but look me like I was a criminal. Shame of you 76 of Studio City, CA on Ventura Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon. SMH

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.
