I asked her if she could rip the damaged photo because I personally don't like throwing out personal pictures whole (people do weird stuff nowadays) and she refused to. When I turned my back, she started talking badly about me to another customer and laughed with said customer while making fun of me. When I confronted her, she kicked me out and went back to talking badly had having an attitude with other customers. Never coming back unless absolutely needing to.

These are who are filling your prescriptions and making sure you're getting the right medicine. I called ahead for a transfer and when arrived 30 minutes later, they hadn't called the other pharmacy. The pharmacy is very disorganized. There's a really nice woman working there who seems to hold down the fort, but besides that it's a zoo. They were very nice which always makes it hard to review, but they've got to get it together to retain customers

The staff in the pharmacy taking and filling prescriptions for the most part are passive and shouldn't be in an industry which serves patients. They don't notify / communicate with patients when they need to. I've had situations when they couldn't fill a pre-surgery prescription and failed to let me know. I had to call in days later to find out and then come into the pharmacy in person. No notifications by phone, text or app either. When I brought this up, the girl behind the counter got nasty and made me wait in line for an hour while she did absolutely nothing to fill my prescription. I eventually contacted CVS Caremark and they told me this should never have happened to me and they ended up contacting the pharmacy directly to have my prescription filled.

They offer free delivery locally (see their website for details). Once, when I had a question about a generic brand, I called and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable. After having a bad experience with a low quality generic drug (from a big name pharmacy in NYC), I'm picky about where I fill prescriptions. I check prescriptions myself - including the name of the generic pharmaceutical company. Taking a medication isn't a trivial thing - quality is vital.
