Literally the worst CVS in Stamford. I went to go print my pictures and one of them came out wrong. I walked up to an employee/manager, and she had a massive attitude and was being rude to not only me but an elderly couple who clearly needed help on using the self-checkout machine. I asked her if she could rip the damaged photo because I personally don't like throwing out personal pictures whole (people do weird stuff nowadays) and she refused to. When I turned my back, she started talking badly about me to another customer and laughed with said customer while making fun of me. When I confronted her, she kicked me out and went back to talking badly had having an attitude with other customers. Never coming back unless absolutely needing to. read more

The worst pharmacy ever. Awful customer service. Kept all my Heart meds undelivered for a whole month after they sent them to a wrong address. I finally took a cab and got 9 bags of medication...3 of them expired already. I won't be doing business with them ever. read more

CVS Pharmacy - All Heart meds that they faile d to deliver this month. - Drugstores Near Me - Stamford, Connecticut

Girl at the register when I put All my stuff in front of her while she was texting said " I can help you on the next register" never looked at me just condescending remarks from a girl who has no respect for her company. read more

Worst CVS, I had to wait 30 min to pick up my medicine even though they called me a couple hours ago to pick it up. It even took so long for them to find my name in the system. read more

This pharmacy has a very bad rodent problem that everyone seems to ignore. In 3 different occasions I've went into the store and the packaging of food was chewed through. Chips bags eaten through. The last time I went in there the Reese's peanut butter cups had all of the peanut butter eaten out of the middle. The showed the clerk and as she kept trying to remove the bad ones she'd notice the one under was the same. There were about 10 in there destroyed. I wasn't going in there for food but just the fact that they have a rodent problem they aren't handling makes me not want them to handle anything on my behalf. read more

Harrassed me about filling stolen meds early despite a police report and my doc being willing to fill meds again. Wasted hours and hours of my time and my providers time and caused massive stress due to side effects of sudden stopping of meds. Pharmacist clearly had no knowledge of effects of meds which include hallucinations, psychosis, seizure and possibly death. When I finally went in person to see what the hold up was, she moved at a glacial pace, wouldn't accept any responsibility for screwup and endangering my health and then humiliated me by kicking me out of store. Will be sending a write up to the Commissioner/Board of Pharmacies for what is nothing short of malpractice. They only care about their salary and CYA - patient care is utterly secondary. read more

Went there at12:50 pm. The pharmacy was closed for lunch.WTF ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Every body goes to lunch at same time. Even if there are only 2 behind counter both go at same time? No excuses are exceptible read more

Ordered a calendar online from their photo store. Tried to give me an un-bound calendar (12 loose photos with dates underneath) I asked Besa why this was not bound and she told me that's just how it comes and to call corporate if I have an issue. She was extremely unhelpful and flat out rude. She argued with me that "that is how calendars are". I spoke to the manager Kevin and he informed me that the calendar should have been bound (duh) and that he would make it happen. Besa was unaccommodating, unhelpful and had awful customer service skills. I called to follow up and was hung up on. read more

I recently visited Stamford again and went into this CVS things are cleaner and handled more quickly! I don't live there anymore to gauge on other busier times but it does look like they're trying to be better! Well done! read more

I just called in to this CVS's pharmacy to inquire about the availability of an important prescription, and was greeted with an unacceptable answer. My question was if they had the generic version of a specific prescription in stock, which after holding for some time the answer was no. The problem was once I asked if they had the non-generic version in stock another pharmacist picked up and gave me answer that they would not tell me if they had it in stock because I would need to bring the prescription in to the store. I offered to provide any details necessary as I had the paper in my hand, but apparently with this pharmacist the only way to find out if a drug is in stock is just drive all around town looking whimsically. AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT! read more

The last few times I've visited this location, the staffed has genuinely gone above and beyond to say hello and ask if they could help. Extremely friendly and acknowledging which is a huge contrast to previous visits. read more

Wife Carrie's the CVS card. Since wasn't there, I tried a few phone numbers and could not get the right one. I did not realize that the price would be almost 10 buck more on the 16 dollar item I wanted! I'm not sure if this is a CVS policy or store, but I walked and will not go bsck! read more

Worst CVS. The pharmacy is okay, but the cashiers and floor managers are rude and not helpful. The milk was spoiled. They also need to update their hours online. read more

Don't ever go here, I literally don't know how this place even stays open. No one ever there to help, no one even at the counter to help check you out. If you do find someone and ask them a question they are rude and don't want to help. Worst thing is I work next door and I like to order photos and pick them up there. I will order online and this has happened not once, not twice, but three times where they can't find my photos- even after showing my confirmation # and email- and images...its a hot mess, photos all over- I don't know how these people function. This CVS should be closed. I will never go here again, unfortunate because the location is prime. read more

Poor service at the Pharmacy counter every time. Very inefficient employees. Either they are understaffed or are in need of a new team. Takes entirely too long to pick up a prescription that's already been filled. read more

If you print photos make sure to select the quicker printing option. No one is ever at the counter to make sure the printers have ink or printing paper. You'll have to ask for assistance at least 3 times for someone to get your pictures for you. This has happened to me the last 4 times I printed there. If you don't stay while they print then you might not even get everything you paid for. As far as the pharmacy or rest of the store I haven't had any issues, just rude customer service sometimes. read more

Don't bother ordering pictures and expecting them to be ready on time even with the email notification. This has happened to me numerous times and I always try again thinking it will be different. Nope. Go elsewhere. read more

So I come here regularly & never have I once had an issue where an employee rolls her eyes at me because I asked her change for a 10. Her name was beba or whatever it is, & she legit didn't even say hello just stood there looking at me while I hold the 10 dollar bill in disgust. As if me asking her to break my 10 is such a big deal. Honestly she is very lucky I walked out because I was about to tell her to quit her job if she hates it so much. I asked her if there was an issue with me breaking a 10 & she said nothing. She was like a mute the whole time, very upsetting this CVS went down the hill thanks to her. I'll just make sure to go else where when I need to buy things, sucks since its super convenient for me. I work dealing with the general public & if I ever did something like that I would be fired on the spot. Hope the management here does something about her because I will tell all my neighbors about this rude, mute beba lady! read more

Great clean location. Pharmacy staff is pretty helpful. It's a smaller store, however, thus lacks certain products usually found in the larger stores. read more

some of the slowest people in the world work at this CVS. They'll see you standing in line and look at you like you have nothing in your hand to pay for. I have dropped all my items and walked out because it was frankly just taking too long. I recommend going to the CVS on bedford or high ridge road. read more
