I showed the in-store code at the register and it rang up $17;99, discounted from $18.99. I pointed that out to the cashier who reentered the purchase and came up with the same $17.99. I needed to move on so I just paid it. I looked over at the Manager's desk and there was a line of 4 people so I moved on again. I called and spoke to an employee (manager?) who invited me to return and collect the difference but. in truth, the $2 just wasn't worth the trip or gas money. So, once again, I moved on. I just wonder how many items are routinely overcharged and it kinda gives me a hinky feeling about Whole Foods. There are too many other markets in my neighborhood for me to make Whole Foods my first choice.

Usually the veggies are overflowing, not yesterday. I felt my journey was going to go "south" real fast. Well I was corrected! Stopped at the seafood counter. There was one person behind the counter and 4 people waiting, Originally my thought was I should have packed a lunch. Well this guy moved like he had just consumed pure caffeine! When it was my turn I I had asked for a center cut of salmon filet approximately 1.25 pounds. I figured they way he was moving I would have been lucky if it was close to a pound and I would get the tail. Surprise, surprise...he nailed the weight and I got a center cut! Got home with my salmon trimmed off a piece for my dog....yup he loves fresh salmon seasoned and broiled. The only thing my veggie choice not what I wanted but still worked.
