The driveway for the parking lot goes to/from a one-way at one side, so watch your exit to the main road is better through the bank side. As others have said, this place is a joke, at least the walk in clinic. I went in at 1:30 on Thursday. It was completely empty and the 2 women who "work" there were both eating and playing with their phones. I said I could come back after their lunch and they told me they take it at 2:00. They both seemed disinterested in helping me but eventually one of them told me to use the sign in kiosk, which wasn't working. I left and they kept on watching TikTok and FaceTiming. read more

I am absolutely blown away by how rude and hostile the provider at the minute clinic was. Like, I'm just waiting for someone to come out and tell me this is a reality tv stunt because I can't imagine that this woman could behave like this towards patients and keep her job. She was nasty, aggressive and clearly had no interest in helping anyone. Even with no patients she told me she couldn't see me and yelled "do you see how much I have to do??" Gesturing to 3 boxes on the ground behind her which, for what I could see, she had to.... Slide into the next room before going back into the exam room and slamming the door behind her? When I tried to verify the hours they're open (as I was there within them and had called cvs to confirm I could be seen before driving out) she said "what part of 'I'm not taking you' did you not get?" This woman has NO business working with people at all, much less people seeking help and/or healthcare. CVS, if you're listening, please find better providers. I'd give her name but she refused to tell me what it was (even with patients rights posted on the wall saying patients have a right to know who is providing care) or, in her case, refusing care in the most unpleasant way possible. I just waited in line outside the drive up window for a half hour and not one car moved. I have used the drive up window before and over the years have had many many problems. They just don't respond to people at the window. They're absolutely rude the head pharmacist is a nice lady, but she doesn't know how to get those people working in there I left I never did get my prescription. read more

I went into his cvs today and besides there never being more than one person at the cash wrap, I was very dis pleased with the service I received. All the refrigerators were out of order and only had one working fridge with cold beverages in them. I selected the items I needed then proceed to the cold fridge to get water, to which the cashier Vilma stoped the transaction she was in the middle of to tell me that the water I grabbed was for an employee and I can't have it and told me i can go grab a warm one off the shelf if i want a water. (If an employee buys something to drink it should be In The back not out on display I did retail management for 5 years I know how it works) I then proceeded to grab and Arizona ice tea out of the same fridge (which i asked her if i can have ice tea from the fridge and she said yes anything but the water) to which again she came out from around the counter and told me I can't have that one either and to go grab a warm one off the shelf, now I'm infuriated and i told her I'm getting the cold one weather it's for an employee or not. How dare they buy stuff and leave it in the fridge for everyone to see But not for sale. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and then she proceeded to be rude to me through out my entire transaction. Needless to say this is now my first Incident in this CVS and I will not be returning there every again! read more

The staff at this pharmacy is beyond horrible. Amy in particular should be working in a room with no phone so that she doesn't have to provide customer service. My husband actually told her to smile and if she hates her job, she should quit. That made her smile. On the occasion that they've had competent happy employees, they didn't last long. I will NEVER use this CVS pharmacy location again. In fact, I'm paying more for my prescriptions to use Liss Pharmacy (only because my insurance requires I use CVS) in Summit because of the poor customer service and the gross lack of professionalism. I have used other CVS pharmacies in the past but this one is the WORST. First of all, the staff is either rude or indifferent. Secondly, I've dropped off prescriptions on two separate occasions in which they LOST the prescription, one time in the drive thru, the second time was inside the pharmacy. I had no alternative but to call my doctor both times to have them called in again. Not once did anyone even apologize for their mistake. In both instances, the staff acted as if I was lying, even though I knew the name of the pharmacy tech I gave it to. (learned to do that after the first incident). Lastly, there were several occasions when I was told that they didn't have a particular medication in stock. Perfectly understandable. Except when I asked the pharmacist if they could order it for me, she sighed and rolled her eyes and responded in an annoyed tone...."I suppose so", after she suggested I take the scrip to another pharmacy. Well I did take it to another pharmacy and I have not been back to this dump since. BTW, the staff at the local hometown pharmacy I go to now, go out of their way to accommodate their customers. This CVS Pharmacy SUCKS! Oh and another BTW regarding their Minute Clinic physicians, I won't say they're all bad but the last time I went there on Christmas Eve with a bad sore throat, the doctor told me it was "possibly allergy" and sent me home with a cough syrup. Two days later I went to a real Urgent Care clinic and was diagnosed with strep throat. Just another reason to NEVER set foot in this place again, at least not for anything medically related. read more

My company gave me a free voucher to get my flu shot at either Walgreens or CVS. Being a long-term customer with CVS, I selected this option and printed my voucher off. To save waiting time, I went online and made an appointment for both my wife and me to get our flu shots at CVS MinuteClinic located at 178 Morris Avenue, Springfield Township, NJ. MinuteClinic's follow instructions informed us to arrive 10 minutes early for our appointment and wait in our car until the clinic called us on our cell phones. Upon arriving a MinuteClinic and checking the wait list system on our iPhones, we were disappointed that our wait time was 40 minutes. We waited for over 40 minutes and then entered the store when our wait time went to zero. Upon seeing signs that the MinuteClinic was closed. I asked the Pharmacy counter where I should go for our appointments and was informed that they closed the clinic for the day. The Pharmacist informed us that the MinuteClinic manager left without turning off the wait list site or canceling any of the appointments. Fortunately, the pharmacist told us she could give us our flu shots. We are extremely disappointed with MinuteClinic's poor online reservation system and unprofessional on-site management. However, I would give positive feedback on the Pharmacist who resolved our issue. read more

I ordered some prints and Holiday cards yesterday. They were "ready" last evening. This afternoon I went to pick them up, I was told the machine has been down since yesterday. A very unpleasant, unprofessional manager named Theresa did nothing but say "the machine is down". No offer of an apology - no offer to send the order digitally elsewhere. Convenient location and perfect to buy over the counter stuff but the pharmacy is terrible! Not enough staff to handle all the prescriptions and orders. Worse, they even could not apply a simple prescription discount coupon for my son's medications! According to the pharmacist two of the steroid ointments my son needs for his flared up facial eczema will cost me $400 and $800?!!! Are you kidding me? Are you freaking kidding me? I ended not getting the ointments ! Who in their right mind will pay such an outrageous price for these meds? We will find another pharmacy who knows how to properly apply these discount coupons. This CVS Parmacy in Sprinfield screws up perscriptions. They gave us the wrong dose for our child and then within 10 days of that mishap also tried to give us the wrong medication. They have interns working behind the counter dealing with Dr's offices and the pharmacist makes a ton of mistakes. Double check your perscriptions from this CVS or go somewhere else. I have had friends who have experienced similiar issues. BE CAREFUL. BEWARE! read more
