Not much to say about the pharmacy here, I'm sure everyone is working their hardest but if you think you are getting a prescription here without an issue, you are fooling yourself. I have never gone there without something being wrong, despite the fact that all my info has been the same forever. And if you want to call? Lol.. The absolute worst. Basically, all I'm looking for is a bit of competence in following instructions, filling the prescription, and then, not overcharging me. Not too much to ask one would think. But apparently, even this very low bar is too much for them. CVS and Walgreens have an apparent monopoly on pharmacies in my area, and so there seems no pressing need to make the experience pleasurable or at least, efficient. So we are stuck with this. Kind of makes me nostalgic for the pharmacies one sees in movies, with the kindly old pharmacist, a soda fountain, and kids drinking milkshakes. There is nothing nostalgic about CVS. I just want to get in and out as quickly as possible, with as little interaction with the staff. read more

I scheduled Covid-19 vaccine appointment in this location , after submitting online application,( it says successfully submitted) I didn't receive any confirmation email . day of my appointment I was calling whole morning, tried to reach pharmacy, but no one answered. After we went cvs, we waited so long and person said we needed to go next window. No signs like other CVS has to don't stand wrong line. After person come she checks in a computer and she says she can't see our appointment. She was not nice. after I asked if could do as walk in. She made a face like never heard about it. Person who really not cares about others. lady who gave shot 2 kids before us and was free made us leave like this. And she was not nice at all and didn't try to do anything even was done with her shots with others and was free. There was no one else. if someone in pharmacy answers phone, calling 15 m will be helpful. And just nice smile when they talk to customers. We all had difficult year and we don't need see someone look at us and say as she said:" I don't know what walk in you are talking about " I felt sick after came out from CVS I never go there again for anything! read more

Typical CVS branch. Nothing special. I will give them a shout-out for having recognized how outmoded and crowded their pharmacy was. A recent renovation has been very helpful in alleviating the confusion, frustration and crowding that used to ensue there. As for the rest of the store, it could use some sprucing up. No real complaints, though. Keep sending me those Extra Bucks. They come in handy! read more

Very frequent renovations keep this CVS fresh and new, although takes getting used to each time. Staff is very helpful and generally cheery. Store is kept nice and clean. It's not huge but quite efficient. Ample and pleasant parking with quality landscaping. Pharmacy is small yet mostly efficient. Pharmacists and cashiers are generally professional and do their best to keep things moving along. Customers at this store often stand very close on line and peer over people's shoulders. This makes waiting on line awkward and uncomfortable. read more

This pharmacy is ok. I've been in better, but the prices are held decent and they tend to have a lot of products available.

I've shopped here a few times and it was a typical pharmacy experience. But, my last visit was just before hurricane Sandy was passing through and they jacked up the prices on emergency supplies. Power strips were raised from $4.29 to $9.99 (you could see the old sticker underneath), and it was done just days before. I refused to buy them out of principle. So, this CVS will price gouge you when you need them...unacceptable! read more

Don't even bother going to their minute clinic. Called in and they said their lunch break was at 2pm. I walked in at 1:35 and the PA was clearly there and available, saw how sick I was, and told me to come back at 3 when they re-open. Ridiculous!!!! read more

The store is only slightly worse than most CVS's I've visited, it's small with some dirty/used looking products. However, it's the Pharmacy that is absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your over-the-counter stuff. Their phone system must be broken because they have messed up several refill requests. I had to have them get in touch with my doctor regarding a prescription change and they didn't call me back for two weeks so I asked them to do it again. A week later I called them back and asked them what was going on and they said, "Oh, your request to change prescriptions was denied." When I asked if they were ever going to call and tell me this they said that their records indicated that they called that morning. I have caller ID and voicemail, no such call happened. I'm wondering if they even called the doctor. They have also improperly entered in my prescribing doctor's information multiple times in the past causing further problems with prescription renewals. Each time they made mistakes I always thought it couldn't happen again because a person's prescriptions are far too important to keep getting wrong. I'm definitely never going back and will probably never use another CVS Pharmacy again ever. I only wish I could give them less than one star. read more
