I went in one day and the line was almost 10 deep. The dead flowers for sale are the cherry on top. I've complained to corporate who resolved to fix the wait times, but it's actually gotten worse. Hazera went above and beyond her call of duty. At the end of the day, Hazera expedited my prescription order and had my medication ready within the hour. I could not wait to meet this angel, as I was in pain and used the last of my meds two days ago. I went inside the CVS and asked to speak with Hazera and her supervisor. The staff looked as if something was wrong. Once Hazera came from the front, I introduced myself from our telephone conversation; she knew who I was. She smiled as I did, and I then asked her for a hug. Hazera said yes, and we then hugged each other as I thanked her profusely for her compassion and empathy. I even attempted to give her $20 for her lunch, but she did not accept it. She said I can do the survey instead.
