My first order arrived perfectly, which already impressed me. But the second, larger shipment completely exceeded my expectations. Every bottle was carefully packed, separated into smaller boxes so nothing would move, and even individually sealed at the caps. I've never seen that level of attention to detail before. On top of that, Chris went out of his way to help me track down a very specific version of the product I needed, even contacting other stores. He was communicative, honest, and genuinely cared about getting it right. He also included extra items and even additional bottles, which was such a thoughtful surprise. I called my insurance Cigna and found a plastic surgeon in north Jersey they recommended - Paul and Eric Carniol. Cigna ended up footing 95% of the bill since I was in-network. From my first day to my last, Drs. Paul and Eric Carniol have been nothing short of consummate professionals. I first met with Dr. Paul a couple times who referred me to his son Dr. Eric who I think is more specialized in ENT plastic surgery. My issue was a random cyst had popped up in a sensitive area - above my left eye. The Drs. ordered me for an MRI and CT and then decided they could operate. I was under general anesthesia and didn't know a thing that happened. Their office is conveniently located attached to Overlook Hospital in Summit so surgeries can be scheduled there. I would 10/10 recommend Carniol Plastic Surgery. No one asked me to do this review. I literally had surgery yesterday, woke up today removed the bandage and it looked amazing!! So I just wanted to do my part in leaving a positive review so others , too, can find the best plastic surgeons NJ has to offer for all their plastic surgery needs! She recommended a very random brand without understanding my specific needs. When I asked questions she googled for answers. Yikes!!! You don't even know the products or what you're dealing with. So clearly there is no proper training to guide or sell to a savvy customer ready to spend significant money. Needless to say, I purchased a familiar brand and it will be the last few hundred dollars they'll ever see from me. Their service is a complete failure, the store smelled worse than a public restroom in the hot summer, and zero knowledge demonstrated by the staff. Please provide these folks with proper training and how to present themselves appropriately. We had a very positive service experience in the shoe department. The sales associate was helpful and patient, grabbing us a few similar boot options to try, beyond what we asked for. She didn't mind that we put the boots we loved on hold and came back to purchase them before leaving the mall. We made sure that she got credit for the sale. We had a great experience in the mens' denim department as well - the employees were really helpful in explaining the styles and sizing of the various brands. We also purchased a bag in the contemporary section - the sales associate there was actually pushy and salesy, not someone I'd normally want to work with or support, but we needed the gift so made the interaction short and moved on.
