It's just one guy, Gabriel, but he runs a good show. I really enjoy the beans he selects. Often he will offer a shot of what he is brewing today to see if you'll like it. Latte, flat white, cortado, cappuccino - it's all good. The owner is friendly and social, and if you stop in on a weekend morning you'll likely see kids playing card games while their parents watch. It's intimate and social in way that is extremely rare in 2025. If you're shopping for a board game, card game, or gift at the Dragon, you should stop in. If you live in the area, think about making it part of your weekend morning routine. Hours are changing soon to be weekend only, so keep an eye out and don't show up when they're closed!
