Dr. Ram greeted me as if I were a long-time customer and asked me to have my pharmacist call him. At 12 noon EST, I called my pharmacist who is PST: I explained I inadvertently left a prescription at home. She then called Dr. Ram and I drove the couple of blocks to pick up my prescription. It was a pleasure doing business with Dr. Ram! I took a few of his business cards and gave them to my sister and her neighbors; as he had several existing clients on her street.

It was easy to use, and much quicker than mouthing your name and DOB through a pane of glass, and sometimes, a mask, as the tech struggles to hear. In a short time my medicine was brought to the counter, I paid, and was outta there. I think this will greatly improve how quickly those agonizingly long lines move. On this occasion, there was NO line, but I think that was a fluke, as when I left I saw a line had formed. Also, I have enjoyed the CVS app, where you can leave a message for the pharmacist and get a call back with an answer to your question within a few hours. Again, much more efficient that being on hold or standing in line (again) at the consultation counter. Fingers crossed that these efficiencies hold and I am able to bump up my stars to four, or dare I wish it, FIVE! For that to happen, the prescription refill process will need to be vastly improved. On one hand, the wait was a bit long. But on the other hand, the wait was "long" because the cashier was helping a customer figure out their coupon situation. I guess I don't mind my minor inconvenience because the staff was really going out of its way for a customer who needed help.

It usually has everything I'm looking for, but it's really expensive whenever I walk out of there. Don't even both to go to the cash register to pay or you'll be there for a while. There's usually only one person with the line being 5 people long. I always just go to self check out and hope that the light doesn't blink and have to wait for someone to help. The pharmacy line is very slow and sometimes wait time can be on the slow side even if you're given a time. I get my meds here a lot out of convenience but I probably shouldn't. The line is always super long, no one knows where it starts for some reason so people just cut, and then they can sometimes take forever to get your stuff. Most of the people that are working there are not too friendly. I don't remember anyone being outright mean to me at the pharmacy, so I guess that's what keeps me coming back.

There is an employee who sits behind a glass enclosure. She is good about retrieving packages. Langley Park has gone downhill for sometime. Hot Shops left. Taco Bell left. This is now where it all went down hill, The drive thru is not situated to accommodate more than two cars ( see picture) as it is situated between two strip malls and an alley. While waiting, a huge Mac truck pulls up and all of the cars behind me had to pull out and come back around do the truck could pull into back for delivery. Now let's get to the worst part of it all, we pulled up to our appointment at confirmed time slot of 9:45 a.m. As you can see from the pic we didn't obtain the kit till 10:59 am ..that's over an hour wait in the drive thru. Outside of that, we did receive an email right away asking how was our experience needless to say I will be completing the survey. There has to be a better way!

They won't take your insurance. Doesn't say that anywhere on the scheduling website either after googling "covid booster fall 2023". Also, ignore the check in text if you're getting a vaccine. Just go to the Pharmacy drop off section and talk to them there. They don't check that you did so on your phone. Poor signage, literally just 2 laminated pieces of paper by the pharmacy, about what to do for vaccines too.
