This CVS is the worst!!! besides terrible customer service (Ana) the store looks like it was hit by a hurricane. The only reason I went there is because I got a vaccine. But since I was there, I decided to pick up a couple things I saw they had Gatorade 2 for $5.50 and they had Reese's peanut butter cups and pieces for buy one get 1/2 off. So I decided to get two of each. When I got to the register, it all rang up as regular price. I asked the person upfront (Ana) That for some reason, it didn't give me the discount. She huffed and puffed like helping me was not something she normally does. Then she proceeds to tell me that they are both full price. I tried to explain to her. They are not there are tags underneath each product saying they are on sale. Again, she breathed hard as if I was being inconvenience to her. I attach photos underneath the show the discounts that I saw as a customer and thought they were legit. I have know idea why there a price sticker's under items if that's not the price. This store really needs to get their act together because it is poorly manage and run and if you have people like Ana as a face of your business, you're gonna fail!!!

I like this CVS! It's a bit daunting from the outside because it's on a busy street (Route 29/Colesville Road) with no visible parking but there are plenty of spots in the back. Although from the road and the exterior does not look very appealing, the interior looks new, well maintained, neatly organized, and ready for the spring and Easter! I needed to buy some report covers and professional paper and Staples all close at 6pm so I came here a little before 9pm on a Sunday--glad they were open! There were some youth hanging around the outside in the back where there's a separate entrance. They were shouting. Kids being kids. Checkout line was quick. Only one cashier, Felicia, at the register. Friendly and efficient.

Lines are terrible at this place and they refuse to hire adequate help. Same thing for the pharmacy. Good thing it's convenient.

This is the worst cvs you will ever go to, most of the workers there have serious attitude. But some of them are really nice that's why it's 3 stars. It's the closest to my house and it's a nightmare to go there and see them give you attitude, I go there to shop, spend money and buy things I need i don't go there to beg. Felicia had a terrible attitude before but the last couple of times I was there it seems that she has changed to the better, now she is a lot better than before and that's a good thing. I still dont feel good every time I go there for some of them aren't nice. But for the most part it's close to where i live it has pretty much everything and they open til 10. It's not bad if you can terolate bad attitude. The new staff seem a lot nicer then the old once...

It usually has everything I'm looking for, but it's really expensive whenever I walk out of there. Don't even both to go to the cash register to pay or you'll be there for a while. There's usually only one person with the line being 5 people long. I always just go to self check out and hope that the light doesn't blink and have to wait for someone to help. The pharmacy line is very slow and sometimes wait time can be on the slow side even if you're given a time. I get my meds here a lot out of convenience but I probably shouldn't. The line is always super long, no one knows where it starts for some reason so people just cut, and then they can sometimes take forever to get your stuff. Most of the people that are working there are not too friendly. I don't remember anyone being outright mean to me at the pharmacy, so I guess that's what keeps me coming back.

At first I tried to get this pharmacy to send the script somewhere closer--they wouldn't do that. So I had to have friends drive me 40 minutes out of the way to get to THIS pharmacy the next day. When we got there--they REFUSED TO FILL THE SCRIPT--the same script they'd filled maybe a week and a half prior. Somehow they needed MORE doctor's permissions even though the DOCTOR sent the script in the first place--specifically for my emergency. The pharmacist was SO rude and unhelpful, at one point he told me "you can just take Ibuprofen"--I was specifically told NOT to. These people will do ANYTHING not to do their jobs. They've screwed up every singe prescription I've ever brought to them. Not a single intelligent person works at this pharmacy. Go. Anywhere. Else.

It's also at a very busy intersection with hundreds of cars whizzing by. To cool down, I bought a Slurpee! Each size is just a few cents more than the smaller, but I never intend to finish them anyway. $2 for a medium Slurpee. The cherry flavor I got was mostly liquidy unfortunately. Fortunately they have 8 flavors, but one was not working. The interior was clean and spacious and the cashier was friendly. I also picked up a Redbox DVD for "Greta" in the box outside. I'd pick a different location next time, though.

I was surprised when this location actually said that they had 2 pairs. I was switching hotels (during the apartment fire era) from Bailey's Crossroads to North Laurel. So, 29 was a viable way to go although 95 might've been a bit faster. So, I end up following the GPS and turned left on a residential street, then right, then right on University. Then a left. It's a weird intersection where I was going to have to turn left on one-way eastbound University, left on 29 and have to wait at westbound University light to go to North Laurel. When I arrived, I said that I was calling about the solar eclipse glasses. He had them in a pack of three. I thought I heard him say $2 and then, as I got my $2 out, I thought I heard him say $15. At this point I said I didn't need all three; just one. He said there was no way to separate them. Reluctantly, I said so it's $15, he said no $50! I politely exclaimed I'm not paying $50. Not only that, I realized after the fact that the so called 'solar eclipse glasses' were fake and wouldn't protect your eyes from blindness from the corona. They had to be the ISO approved ones. Incidentally, I bought a colander from Walmart & used paper, which it didn't do anything. Either way, I was taking it back since what the heck am I going to do with colander; I ain't Bobby Flay. Also, my manager had glasses as did two other people from my office. We just shared passing the glasses around. In summary, this 7-11 not only price gauged but were selling fakes.
