ZERO STAR. The older lady at the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. She is rude and extremely unprofessional. Her tone was condescending and she was upset I pulled up to the pickup window 5 minutes after they opened. She made me leave and come back 15 minutes later and when I returned she had the same shitty attitude and slammed the window shut in my face once I got my prescription. Wth is wrong with people? This is my favorite nearby CVS pharmacy. They efficiently fill my prescriptions and take care of issues when they come up. I have received different vaccines here as well. I did have an issue come up recently with my $2k prescription being defective and the manufacturer not providing a replacement. Laura was able to get me a new prescription instead of waiting month and that meant no time lost in my treatment. I appreciate it very much! read more

The pharmacy specifically is terrible. I really wish their corporate would take note but they will not. Absolutely horrible. My wife has been getting the same prescription for four years here. You'd think that would be a clue to order said medication in once a month but no... not only do they not, if she drops it off early a few days (so they'd an order it) they tell her it's early. Then send her a notification the day it can be filled to say it's not in stock and have to order it and it will take 5 days to get it. She's called. Her doctor has called and it's never fixed. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this CVS. I want to start off by saying every time I come to this CVS I meet the kindest people. Whether it's the pharmacy staff or a customer. I want to give a huge shoutout to the CVS pharmacy department at this location. Everybody always greets me with a smile on their face and they are so kind! Special shoutout to ANTHONY- I always have the best conversations with him. He always tells me how positive and bubbly I am and that I have the best energy. I feel like everybody here always thanks me for my kindness and it's so sweet but also makes me realize how they probably encounter rude people on a daily basis. This is a reminder to please be kind to everybody who SHOWS up at their jobs and are providing you help. Nobody deserves to be treated rudely. I love this pharmacy. I'm a frequent customer and I love the way the pharmacy staff remembers my name and always greets me when I come in. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and have aided me in securing all of my medications for a month long out of country visit. When my cat urgently needed a prescription inhaler the pharmacist filled the prescription as soon as possible. I have been a customer for at least ten years and I am very happy with the people and the service I've received. read more

I just left CVS to return an item i purchased on Sunday for $50 and they said they are not accepting returns! Has anyone else had this issue? This is ridiculous. There was no notice of them changing the return policy during COVID19. They are open for business so they should be accepting returns as well! Anyone else experience or heard of this. I don't recommend anyone shop there till all this ends if this is the case. CVS you need to train your people better. Been bounced back and forth trying to get my 3 year olds Epipen. The Pharmacy Techs are wonderful and go above and beyond for you. Store is way overpriced, so I don't shop there for anything else. The Pharmacists, not so much. I had a prescription that my dr phoned into them to be filled. When I picked it up, I was consulted by a Pharmacist since it was a new medication for me. I specifically asked if I can take this medicine since I had a gastric bypass procedure (RNY) and cannot take any kind of Extended or Sustained release meds. My meds have to be instant release. The female pharmacist assured me it would be fine. A month later, I have several ulcers in my stomach and found out from my surgeon's office that my PCP shouldn't have written the script BUT the pharmacist (Doctor of Medicine) should have caught it and report it to the doctor who prescribed or to me. Not just dispense it without looking up side effects, etc...she should be reported for failing to protect and causing harm to the Pharmacy Board. Not happy and in pain. Need to train your Registered Pharmacists a lot better. They go to school for an extended amount of time and still need remedial training. read more

First time coming here, no clue why there are any low reviews. I had come in to pick up pain medication after just having surgery literally less than an hour before walking into this CVS. Turned out my Rx had been sent to a different CVS that was currently closed. The pharmacist helping me got it all figured out, got my Rx filled, and offered to call the other CVS to let them know he had filled it and they could cancel their order. I was in a decent amount of pain and they handled everything quickly and got me in and out while being courteous and aware of my discomfort. Very appreciative of how it was handled! read more

I'm so steaming mad at this CVS location right now! After ordering a prescription refill by phone the CVS message system said my refill would be ready by 12 noon the following day. So the next day, at 1:28 PM, I arrived at the CVS pharmacy register to pick up my refill. A pharmacy person then told me that my refill was NOT ready yet and the pharmacy staff would be taking a 30 minute lunch break starting in two minutes at 1:30 PM so I should return at 3PM to pickup my refill. Yeah, 3PM, after I was told it would be ready by 12 noon. Oh great, so now I have to make an extra 16 mile roundtrip to get my refill and also spend another 3/4 hour of my time in the process. All because CVS does not always keep their committed refill pickup times. Dear CVS, if you're going to provide pickup times then for God's sake lengthen them out or do whatever you must to ALWAYS keep those promised times so you don't waste your customers gas, money and valuable time. read more

The absolute worst CVS in the chain...........actually the entire staff is wonderful except for their pharmacist in charge, Gloria Johnson, who should not be allowed to work in a position where she is there to help sick people. As someone with two degrees in healthcare I know of what I speak. I went in on a Friday to fill a Schedule II pain med. The on-duty pharmacist, AMY (WONDERFUL PERSON) told me they were out. She called around to see if anyone close had the dosage and they didn't. It would need to be ordered and the only one who could sign the order was this Gloria Johnson since she was the "Pharmacist in Charge" She gets six days off every other week, which is fine.........but where is the back up plan. Amy thought for sure Gloria wouldn't mind coming in and signing a form........I am 65 years old, on disability and driving all over is not an option for me. I called CVS corporate to complain and was met with pure hostility.............some male over the pharmacists (I am presuming) completely told me Gloria was in her right NOT to come in.................."First do no harm"...........oh, she's not that high on the totem poll. I told this extremely rude man that I wished Gloria Johnson all the ill will in the wold........and was only sorry I didn't have a bat with me..........he took that as a personal threat and told me he would call the PD if I stepped foot in the store again.........he has no idea who I am and if I shop with cash and don't use the pharmacy he'd have a difficult time..........................thank the Lord for people like Sheriff Joe! In the meantime the pharmacist in charge of CVS on FLW and Thompson Peak offered to drive to E. Bell, hand carry the script to his store (Schedule II) and order it himself........................yesterday, Monday I received a text that he had it in already. Mr. Kevin Rider went above and beyond and I urge you to change your scripts to Walgreen..............if not, please use Mr. Rider's pharmacy at FLW and Thompson Peak..............EVERYONE had a smile on their face, and for him to go in after getting off work was above and beyond............this whitch, Gloria Thompson, was too lazy to get off her rear and help a senior citizen....... CVS, get with it.........................put into place a back out plan or get out of the pharmacy business. Thankfully all of your other employees at E. I always scan my CVS Caremark Card, when I enter the Store, they have a Kiosk that will print out coupons for different Products! Since I have a CVS Caremark Card, I save 20% off all CVS Brand Pharmacy Products! read more

I went over a week ago to get COVID testing. I scheduled an appointment online and when I showed up, the NP was gone for lunch and I had to wait an hour for her. I was told 2-4 days for test results. After calling the CVS hotline and never reaching a person for a week, I called Sonora Quest to figure out why I still haven't gotten the results. It turned out that CVS completed the test a week ago and never alerted me through their app or by email. Please save yourself the stress and headache of dealing with them and go somewhere else for testing. read more

Needed a Covid test. Chose CVS because they said 2-4 days for results. It has been 11 days and nothing. They give you a login to Mychart.com to get your results. Nothing has been posted. Called three times and they just said "we are behind. I will put in a request. It should be just another day or two". I could have gone to Banner Health three times and had tests and gotten my results before these bozos could get me my results. If you need a test, this is NOT the place to go. read more

This pharmacy's staff is rude. Kathy the tech ignored me and worked while I waited for her to take my prescriptions. Then she sullenly talked to me as if she doesn't need more customers. They put all your prescriptions into auto refill so you get annoying calls until you tell them to stop. They also sent prescriptions you didn't order home when someone else pick up the order from you. They tried to sneak in prescriptions you don't need in all the times. Is that illegal? I will never go to this place again. I don't know why they are so rude. The place is not that busy. read more

Worse CVS ever! After they put you on hold for 15 mins they'll pick up to say please hold, and before u even say a word they put you on hold for 10 more mins at least. I called from a different number just in case they had forgotten about putting me on hold and they did that same thing. I should of never switch pharmacies. I think this in incredibly rude and such a poor customer service in the pharmacy department. Definitely not going the there ever again, they need to train their staff with basic customer services. The people in this pharmacy have been saints. I take care of my mom's meds and she screws them all up. Can't tell you how many times they have helped me and they are patient with my mom when she goes there. Most frustrating experience EVER. Ordered my refill on line, it went through with no issues. Went to pick up the prescription and "due to a glitch" it was not ready, so was asked to come back in 30 minutes. Made a second trip back, waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that my prescription could not yet be refilled and "they didn't have a chance to call me." Talk about poor customer service! I waited for about 20 minutes just to drop off the prescription. Finally, a lackadaisical employee saunters up to the counter to take it. We made the terrible decision to wait for it, and that was our fault. However, when the prescription was finally ready, I again, waited at the cash register for about ten minutes without any recognition that I was there from either the pharmacist, or the cashier who kept bustling around behind the counter. I almost thought I had an invisibility cloak on or something. The arrogant pharmacist continued working as if no one was there. Finally, the clerk yelled haphazardly into the air, "I NEED SOME HELP HERE! I'M WORKING BOTH STATIONS". Then, when she came over, she rudely asked me "Can I help you with something?". Umm, yes, I need to pick up my prescription. In the mean time, she slammed the signature clipboard down in front of me and then, started muttering under her breath how she shouldn't have come in today and kept making exasperating sighs about how terrible everything is. I kept my mouth shut because I just wanted to get out of there, but really? It was totally awful and that is why, from now on, I will never go there again. read more
