The staff consistently seemed…read moreunwilling to assist, especially when I called about a specific face wash that I know is covered by my insurance. Despite its $13-14 price tag and over-the-counter status, my insurance has always covered it, yet they insisted otherwise without offering real help. In contrast, when I contacted the Walgreens on E McDowell Rd, the difference was immediate. Although they were out of stock, they explained that their usual supplier no longer carries the product and offered to order it from a new provider. That level of effort and transparency was exactly what I needed. Because of this, I've transferred all my prescriptions to the E McDowell location. They even call to notify you if a prescription will be delayed--something the previous location never did. Their professionalism and customer care are a breath of fresh air. (I spoke with Alyssa at the Scottsdale location)

This pharmacy is so unprofessional. The technicians in the Pharmacy are rude and unhelpful. I try…read moreto resist sending any of my prescriptions to them. Many times they are delayed and I am told they do not have the medication. I was just told I can not get an antibiotic the same day. When I tried to understand their system by questioning the technician, she repleyed in short answers with a very defensive tone. I can understand delays but Im not willing to put up with delays and a rude staff. Walgreens needs to help out their Pharmacists with better support staff.

They laughed, pretended they would open the door and completely ignored me until I waited for them to leave the front door BEFORE 10pm. They bought things for themselves at the register to add to it. I watched the kid in the blue debate opening the door and the other kid say no and then sit on his phone. I'm extremely disappointed in CVS and their employees and I will NOT let this one go.

Pretty bummed to learn I've been paying $8 every time I've had my cat's prescription mailed to me…read more In the automated system when you call to refill prescriptions, there is NOTHING about a shipping fee associated. All it asks "if you'd like to have your prescription mailed to you, please press 2". I've been getting my prescription from them for almost 4 years, maybe longer, and had no idea I was paying this. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency. Other than this, my experience with this pharmacy has been smooth sailing. I think their automated system needs an update. I spoke with someone from the business and said my peace. They said I actually had acknowledged the shipping fee back in 2021, which wow, that's when I was deep in my cat eating my comforter, sheets, clothes, pillows, etc. than, I must have missed this very critical info. So I apologize for being wrong about shipping fees. She also said that since shipping fees vary state to state, it's hard to update an automated system, and to that I say you can absolutely add an "shipping charges may apply" regardless. I am changing my review to 5 stars because otherwise this, they have been trustworthy and have never been late for shipments.
