(2) They get distracted by the drive-in pharmacy window because they're understaffed and as is the case with every place everywhere with a drive-thru, the drive-thru customers somehow get priority over the ones who have managed to walk in. (3) Nevertheless the staff do their best and I'm pleased, if a bit delayed, by the pharmacy service. I get a chance to count the stains on the carpet in the waiting area, which is always a good time. (4) I am accosted by somebody leaving (or going in; or both) in the parking lot. You can definitely call this a mixed experience. I think my takeaway here is to use the drive-thru service to avoid (2) and (4). You might consider doing the same.

Another worker checked in the stockroom for an item I wanted and brought it out to me with a smile. The produce section was well stocked and full of quality fruit and vegetables. The seafood counter was stocked with center cut pieces of Salmon. Checkout was efficient. The cashier packed delicate items with care. I needed help loading my car because I had many bulky and heavy (for me) beverages. A pleasant worker was available quickly to load my car.

We've been here every now and again for years and have yet to have any negative experience. Staff have always been helpful when we needed them, and this store has comparable inventory and pricing to some other CVS stores we've been to. There are two self checkout kiosks, and parking has not been an issue as they have plenty of spaces in their own lot.

However, I had photo prints made there this week. The quality was so poor, they were unacceptable. Blurred, poor color, and weird positioning were evident in the CVS same day photo prints. They were unacceptable. How do I know it was their printing process and not my skills as a photographer? I had the same prints made by Printique Photo this week, and they are outstanding in color and clarity. Their prints look amazing. Their prices were similar for outstanding prints that I will be proud to frame and share with family. I will never use CVS photo printing ever again. Today I went there as the designated location for my second Covid booster shot. They took me right on time for my appointment. The general pharmacy staff was friendly. However, of special note, the pharmacist was super friendly and efficient. Although I was already familiar with the potential side effects (since this was my forth Covid related shot) the pharmacist took extra time to explain things and was extremely attentive despite the pharmacy being extremely busy. Overall I was very impressed with the interaction today and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This CVS is presently undergoing a renovation, so I doubt it's as clean and organized as it might…read moreotherwise be. The inventory was still in generally good condition. Hopefully some of this renovation will take place at the pharmacy, because it's somewhat cramped and not really capable of handling a backlog of customers. There's 2 self-check kiosks in the front, with no place for a line to wait if there's a backup. Hopefully these get a facelift too, as they could be more user-friendly.
