So I then said maybe I can just get a different shade of what got cancelled. They refused to let me do this, Yvette the manager was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. She said call the guest services number and that's all she could do. I proceeded to call the guest services number which the agent proceeded to tell me I in fact did not get charged for it even though that's not what's reflecting on my bank statement. She then said she can ship it to me but all I wanted was a refund and she refused. She then tried saying actually the concealer was a "free gift". Yeah ok. It honestly feels like they are just trying to steal my money and that's unfortunate being that ulta is a huge company. Unbelievable customer service from all ends.

This Bath and Body Works store is my preferred location. However, when candle day came along this year, they had all of the new candles including the pop up collection that was released just for candle day. I was so excited!! It was held for three days this year due to COVID19. I think they were trying to spread out the crowds but it didn't work. Most stores were pretty much sold out early Saturday, as was online. I had that Friday off so I went fairly early and was able to get what I wanted. I had two gift cards and it didn't cost me a dime out of pocket, yay! I was disappointed in the candle day price this year as it was raised to 9.95. Used to be 8.95. Fortunately I did have a coupon to help with that. Now, semiannual sale is happening. I love this sale for its 75% off deals. I went early and was first in the store. This sale is a big one and the truly good deals always sell out in a matter of hours. I am thrilled I was able to get some of these. I will admit I did go to another store in the afternoon to get a few other things I was looking for but I really went ham at Clifton park, haha. Thankfully, I had gotten gift cards for Christmas too which covered most of what I got. Woohoo! I love this store. I am not a collector, as I actually use my products. I love them. I'll never understand hoarding and letting them go to waste just for their packaging. Also, they have a nice selection of men's products. My boyfriend loves them so I regularly pick those up for him. I show up a day later just to be told that wasn't true; the miscommunication was irritating for me so I told the woman at the counter who happened to be the manager to advise her staff of that because I wouldn't have made my purchase knowing that. She was disgustingly rude and not accommodating at all; I did an exchange and she yelled in my face at me about the receipt. I don't appreciate the way that I was treated as a customer. I work with the public daily and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. The price of their most basic men's haircut, which I guess would be the Supercut I, is borderline competitive, a bit more competitive if you are a regular and take advantage of the discounts. But the cost for everything beyond that adds up very quickly. For me the, men's package I get with my regular stylist is more complete, more detailed, and a better value. This is an okay place to come in a pinch, on short notice, and now that I'm at least in their database, I can pursue discounts if I come back.
