Today, I listened to a sales associate repeatedly being told to clean while helping customers, and it honestly made the environment uncomfortable. This is the third time I've noticed it, so it doesn't seem like a one-off bad day. I genuinely feel bad for the staff because they've always been one of the best parts of the experience there.
