The new pharmacists have horrible customer service! Wait time for over 45 minutes for just 4 customers. This new woman seemed lost and confused. I even had to explain how to put the medications through the register. My medications were not properly counted either!! read more

Use Amazon pharmacy instead! Totally useless and incompetent. I tried once because I thought Walgreens was bad. Long line, untrained staff, can't figure out how to process standard insurance. DO NOT USE! My prescription is stuck at the pharmacy; they require FORTY-EIGHT hours to give it to another pharmacy. Worse yet, they simply ignore the requests. They are charging more than $500 more than Costco, and are simply sitting on the prescription. My mistake was sending the prescription to them in the first place. Just don't use them. read more

Should have read the reviews... This CVS would rather spend 5 minutes explaining that they want their lunch break than 2 minutes grabbing a life-saving inhaler (which was ready for pickup) for a customer. They also hold your prescriptions hostage for 24 hours, so good luck if you need something urgent. Worst pharmacy experience, and the final reason for why I am transferring all prescriptions away from CVS in the future. read more

Pharmacist Albert Feng refused to initiate the transfer of an Rx from the mail order CVS service because "it's a different company and I can't see what they do"... He was given the prescription # and the CVS customer service person on the phone was able to find it just fine. When confronted about why he was being unhelpful and rude he hung up. I filed a formal complaint with CVS and they called him with me on the line to complete the transfer. He was quite docile after that. My mother's prescription is stuck at the pharmacy and almost one week to pick up prescription we were there 03/5/2026 03/06/2026 03/07/2026 and on 03/10/2026 we went 2 times that day. CVS staff did not offer any help, and at the end doctor have to call in CVS. This experience with CVS was disappointing and did not meet the level of service as you advertised. I would appreciate it if corporate of CVS could look into this matter and take appropriate steps to address these issue. read more

ZERO STAR !Pharmacist Albert fang was terrible . He was snapping at Everyone and it was my turn to get my shot I gave him my insurance card and he refused to look up the new pcn numbers even though he had my group number and member ID. When I then found my new pcn number, he decided to antagonize me and tell me how bad of a patient I was. It is a travesty a guy like this works at cvs and is supposed to serve patients. In addition, I heard him make not so nice comments about another patient who was looking for prescription . CVS should look into the matter seriously. read more

Relatively long wait time at the counter. Once I got to the pick up window, the pharmacist refused my GoodRx coupons, so I had to pay triple what my medications typically costs. I've never experienced this before, so I asked for some follow-up information: he informed me that because of the type of medication, it is at his discretion whether he will accept coupons, and selling it at a lower price could encourage me to try and resell my medicine. I asked if it was chain-wide, and he informed me that it was just him, the pharmacist, specifically. I verified with GoodRx that he is allowed to do this, but I don't think that makes it right; I think it's a good reason to spend your money at a competing pharmacy instead. In an economy where the monthly doctor visit alone can cost upwards of $300, and that doctor could easily decide not to write a prescription to someone who doesn't need it--to be willfully and deliberately price gouged for a medicine that I need on an ongoing basis is so upsetting, frustrating, and exploitative. Before today, I'd never been told by anyone that I'm being treated a certain way because they're worried I might be a criminal. read more

I came in for a flu shot at this CVS and left super impressed. The pharmacist who gave me the shot (Albert Fang) was fantastic. Friendly, professional, efficient, and really good at his job. He walked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable, and made it a really nice experience. I barely felt the shot. Even though it seems to be a very busy pharmacy, the staff was very efficient and it didn't feel rushed at all. You can tell Albert and the other staff take pride in what they do, and it makes a difference. read more

I'm so disappointed by CVS. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I have always been happy with the service I have received, especially with pharmacist Kam. I wish I knew where he went. He was amazing! However, in the recent years , I have been very frustrated with the lack of efficiency at this location. I'm also not the only person who isn't happy about this. On several occasions, I have called to refill my prescriptions, only to be told that they are not ready but can pick them up the next day. When I go to pick them up, I am often told to wait, and then I am told to come back another day. This is very inconvenient, as I have a chronic neurological illness and cannot stop taking my medication without relapsing. I also take a specific brand of medication, as it is the only one I can tolerate. This is written in my profile, and I have made it clear to the staff at this location on multiple occasions. However, I have still been given another brand on several occasions where I have to remind them again to take it back and bring the brand I can tolerate. This is very frustrating, as other brands do not work as well for me and can cause me side effects. This messiness and carelessness is just not right... we send our prescriptions way ahead of time to ensure we get them at the right time and we still face many delays and many trips to the pharmacy. We try our best to be kind and understanding but at some point things need to be taken seriously. read more

The pharmacist went above and beyond -- quickly helped transfer a prescription here that would have taken days to fill elsewhere -- and doing all of this at the end of the day shortly before they closed. To actually speak to a pharmacist and have them call you back on a timely basis felt like a miracle. read more

If I had more options I would take them. this CVS has consistently screwed up my order. Time and time again ,from over prescribing my meds to in order to pre-bill the insurance company . After this latest episode of botching a med I am required to take daily and depriving me that for almost two weeks now; I had to sit in phone purgatory for 20 min, until I finally had a human who was unable to understand what I was saying and lacking the basic math skills to understand their error, put me on hold again returning with, "We will have your order be the end of the day.'. No apology for their error or ANY responsibility taken. if you have a choice, pick another store. read more

Staff is very friendly. Great place to shop and pick up prescriptions. Never a long line. Easy check out and rewards program too. Flu shots in a few minutes. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and sincere. read more

It's CVS, y'all. The store is clean and they have checkout... Well, Self-checkout available at the front. I do like they have their cold drinks and foods at the front. So many stores have it towards the back. It's convenient. read more
