I came to visit CVS this morning one day before Mother's Day, busy day! I asked a employee for help, as he was busy with another customer. He explained to me that just as soon as he's finished with his customer that he will have time for me as well. He was not only great to the customer prior to me But he was great to me as well.. When I first went to get my prescription, one of the employees made a snide remark to me because it wasn't ready and I hadn't read the text stating that it was out of stock. When I went back days later, I mentioned it to the pharmacist and she told me that the employee was sick, thing it had just occurred. The employee was wearing a mask but not gloved. I mentioned that if she was sick, she shouldn't be working and at home. The pharmacist said I didn't understand "Retail". Here's what I do understand: 1) there is a serious flu going around right now 2) a mask is not fool proof and this employee is handing medications for customers 3) customers should be protected from someone that is knowingly sick 4) I will be changing to a pharmacy that hopefully respects and protects its customers and does not make a sick employee work. read more

I drove cross town to get a medication that was out of stock at my local cvs. The pharmacist was super helpful- picked up the phone right away, called my local store to transfer the prescription, and got me taken care of in no time. i went to another cvs before ending up at this location and that pharmacy wasn't able to help and wouldn't bother to call another store. What a difference! it was so nice to have someone care enough to do what they could to make it work! read more

Pharmacy staff are super friendly but the rest of the front staff are quite opposite. No one at the counter and self checkout machines stuck and the staff just walking around. At least someone should be taking care of the register and or the self checkout machines. read more

If you are a fan of terrible customer service and being mistreated while you feel like crap, than this is the place for you! After being discharged from the ER we come here to pick up my wife's prescriptions. Even though they were sent over hours prior, when we came to pick them up they told us they'd have it ready in an hour. No problem at all and we came Back 3 hours later just to make sure it was ready to go. Come back about 1:30pm and they say that it'll be ready in an hour or so. So I let them know that they told us it would be an hour 3 hours ago. The lady goes to the back to check on the prescription and then comes back saying that the insurance is refusing to cover the prescription. So what do we do, call insurance and they say there are no problems and that they are supposed to be covering it.will never be returning here again. Support a local pharmacy instead :) read more

If you're thinking about printing pictures here - don't. If / when the pictures actually print, the quality is terrible and there's a big "if" they're actually printed or if the cashier can actually find them. The cherry on top is the absolute ZERO F's given - the customer service is abysmal and it's as if you are inconveniencing the employees by shopping there. The pharmacy isn't much better - routinely out of both RX and OTC meds that will be met with a shrug of the shoulders and a "better luck next time" badittude. Avoid. read more

Where do I begin! Long drive thru pharmacy wait times they just don't have enough staffing I guess and well inside the line isn't much better. Now covid tests you cant get in the drive thru but they send you a text asking if you want to refill your covid prescription tests (LOL) so if you think you may have covid and want to buy a test they encourage you to come inside the store which is crazy! They wont give you the tests your insurance is paying for at the pharmacy drive thru and they wont let you buy a test at pharmacy drive thru.... Wild stuff read more

PRIORITY RATING - 5 STAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is always so lovely to see Diann (Cashier) when shopping at CVS. She takes notice of all customers, is friendly, welcomes everyone and thanks us for coming in. N-O-T 5 STAR NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Concern: For MANY reasons, the "new set up" at the front of store cash register is ridiculous. It is not a secure/safe set up for a Cashier when a customers is making a purchase with cash, there is no longer counter space to place items on to purchase because a computer screen was added, it is an inconvenience for customers and your employees, etc... etc... and it is much more appropriate/safer (physically & health wise) for a Cashier to work behind a counter as often as possible when serving customers. A bit of distance/space between a Cashier and customer also continues to set the tone of professionalism. This CVS Store already has their Cashiers: Cashiering, stocking, cleaning, monitoring Self-Checkout, completing the Picture Development Department, greeting customers, etc... and now Cashiering side by side their customers............... this is definitely not an effective/safe concept. I actually like this CVS location for the drive-thru pharmacy, however I'm leaving a one star because I'm extremely disappointed and surprised that a pharmacy would unnecessarily have customers share a pen to sign - unless they keep several pens, I highly doubt they wipe down the pen in between cars especially because there's often a line of customers waiting...you would think any business, let alone a pharmacy, would try to limit shared contact surfaces during a pandemic. I'm sure that they can make an exception to signatures considering everything going on and try to make the drive-thru experience as contact free as possible. read more

Goodbye Longs Drugs ! Hello CVS ! Why do I always end up spending more than I plan to here ?! Don't I have any self control ?! This place is EVIL I tell you ! Ha! Jk. But I DO admit to spending more than I initially plan, even with a 'checklist' ! No worries though. So many great deals and I usually purchase all my feminine necessities here. You ladies know what I mean. =) Great bargain on cosmetics and 'Burt's Bees' products too ! Oh and YES of course you have to have a membership to take advantage of these awesome deals ! I find myself here once/week to stock up from household cleaners to travel items. It has also become my emergency, one-stop shop since they're practically everywhere now ! Customer service varies on the location. I notice that most of the employees are fairly young (high-schoolish) in my neck of the woods. With that said, they aren't the most helpful, professional, or enthusiastic. But hey ! I'm sure they rather be at the beach or some party on a Saturday night ! This is how lame I am: I just moved into the neighborhood here and got all excited to discover there is a drive-thru CVS Pharmacy in the area! How convenient! I was thrilled to think I would never have to park my car again and schlep into that raggedy old Sports Arena location to get my prescriptions filled. Now I just cruise right up to the window here and get my meds. It's a breeze! And since I am loathe to wait in line, I just roll on by and look to see if it is all clear. A couple of times this week, I did notice other patrons at the drive-thru. I just came by on my way out of the shopping center and got my pills. I did deduct 1 YELP star because it's kind of hard to always hear the soft-spoken employees thru the drive-thru speakers. Also, CVS Pharmacies seem to be taking over all the other pharmacies out there, except for Walgreens. They are ruthless competitors. This 4S Ranch CVS is nice and new. It has to be spiffy so as to cater to all the prosperous young families who are buying up houses in Del Sur. One of these days I might park and go in but for now, I am totally loving this awesome drive-thru CVS, which has totally made my life so much easier. Worst CVS pharmacy!! Every single time I come to pick up medication that I have already been on they say that in order to receive my medication I need to speak with a pharmacist.. "ok fine, I'll speak with the pharmacist" the employee then says "I'm sorry our pharmacist is on lunch you'll need to come back in a hour". I get a text five hours later reminding me to pick up my prescription and I get there and they tell me I still couldn't get my medication.. Pharmacist was now on a dinner break!!! Though you pay a convenient store price for everything, it is always great to have a drugstore open late when you need it... besides, being sick doesn't always happen from 9-5! This location is easy to get in and out of and their staff are very helpful. If lines get stacked, they call for help right away. If i could leave zero stars i would. The pharmacy is the worst. The pharmacist Padma was rude, unhelpful, and outright unprofessional. She denied me my prescription and went on to say that i have "hearing problems" when she tried to say that it wasn't in stock. I know it was in stock because other cvs locations had told me it was. To make the situation even worse, the "Manager" called me and said "well let's leave it at that since there is nothing we can do now." I love drive thrus. Ahhhh the quickness, the convenience, the ability to pick up in yo' jammies safely in yo' car! CVS msgs me that my refill is ready for pick up and all I have to do is jump in mah pinowagon with wallet in hand & go. There's usually a line of cars waiting, but no more than 3 at a time. It goes quickly anyways. Once you get to the window, you get that prescription with little delay. The pharmacy tech is quick & efficient. Usually, the one holding up da line would be you signing and paying. So if you see a line of cars behind you, HURRY UP! just kidding. Didn't want to give a good review because I didn't want more people coming though here to make the lines longer. But, whatcha gonna do? I gotta be honest. read more

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Pulling up to the pick up window for a prescription that was dropped off an hour before. The woman is pulling the blind down and continues to move it enough to reach in and put the closed sign up...as I am sitting at the window ringing the bell. I had received the text that the prescription was complete 3 minutes before this. I was told it's too late they have closed. I let them know it was 1 minute before closing. I was told it's too late the registers are closed. FYI...closing time is when you close registers, not before. I was told I should have told them to expedite the prescription fill as if I knew they were going to close early!! I was told they will transfer the prescription to another location that is open later. We'll see how that goes. I'll take my prescriptions elsewhere next time. Today I have reached my limit with dealing with the pharmacy tech Jenny...her rudeness has just made it beyond the universe and then some... so much so I pulled all my prescriptions out of that location and dropped my care-pass card. The pharmacy here has always been great. They always make sure my insurance covered certain medications before they filled them. Be sure when you go to authorize text notifications for refills. It is so amazingly simple and keeps me on track with my daughters meds and that they get filled. I have never had to wait on the retail side either, they usually have what I want even though price wise they are way more expensive than Target, hence 4 stars. I purchased theraflu pack at CVS regular price $14.99, then went to Target same week and it was $11.99. Both were regular price. But at Target you get 5% with a Red Debit card (linked to your checking) plus Cartwheel. I know CVS has their rewards but with the amount it saves me, its still cheaper at Target, plus my 5% which never expires. Other than that CVS has great service and a great pharmacy. read more
