I really don't shop here, I normally just pick up my wife's prescriptions. The store is usually clean and shelves stocked most of the time. When we do wait for prescriptions to be filled, we walk around and look at whats on sale. Seem to have good deals, just not my go to store. The staff seems to want to be helpful, only when you go ask for assistance. Tonight the pharmacist was friendly and very polite and filled my prescription in a pretty short time. You know me--I only leave honest reviews. I came to pick up photos I had ordered online and asked a team member for help. I wasn't expecting anything over the top, but I didn't even receive a simple hello or smile. Diana's first response was, "What size?" Since I had ordered multiple sizes, I wasn't sure how to answer. I explained that I had ordered several sizes and offered my confirmation number and last name, but she continued repeating the same question in an unkind tone instead of helping me. It honestly caught me by surprise. Diana was extremely rude throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, while checking me out, she walked away before the transaction was even finished. Customer service like this is disappointing, and because of this experience, I'll be going out of my way to avoid this CVS in the future. read more

I called on Tuesday to refill a prescription. I was told they would order it and it would be available Thursday. It wasn't. I checked Friday and still not ready. I go today and it's finally ready but I can't use GoodRX as the prescription expired on Friday. (By the way I still had to wait for them to finish processing the prescription). . The GoodRX would have saved me $45.00. I'm fortunate enough to be able to pay the additional money but many are not. I did what I was supposed to do yet their mistake caused me to pay more money. read more

I have reviewed this store before and unfortunately it has only gotten worse! I am now being told that they will not let me pick up my prescriptions because the computer is down and they "have no way to sell or even look up a prescription without the system working and they have no idea when it will be back up" This is CVS, a multimillion dollar company, how do you NOT have protocols in place for if the computer stops working? That is unacceptable! These are people's medications, some need them to STAY ALIVE. I highly doubt there is not a downtime procedure in place, they just aren't trained at this location or simply don't want to do it cuz it's a lot of paperwork. The sales associate was completely dismissive and lacked even the slightest bit of compassion. Why work in a healthcare, customer service driven position if you have no desire to help people? Staff not friendly or professional. Too many people on staff not working. Will be going to Walgreens moving forward.

The pharmacy is always super busy. The staff is hit or miss. Most of the people in the pharmacy area are very nice. There have been times that I have gone through the drivethru and the staff seemed to be so rushed I couldn't get a word into our conversation. The minute clinic staff is great. They have seen everyone in my family at one time or another. The only issue is that they cannot do simple injections even though they do a few different yearly injections such as flu vaccine and pneumonia. The rest of the store and staff are great. They are quick to help you. The selection of goods and groceries is quite good considering it's a pharmacy. I don't mean this in a bad way. I mean there are other chain pharmacies that do not have near the selection as the average CVS. read more

I went in on a Thursday morning at 9 am for a flu shot. There weren't any customers in sight except for the drive-thru and I saw four people working in the pharmacy. A tech approached and when I said I was there for a flu shot the tech said they don't give flu shots that early and told me to come back at 10 am. This is a health hub location too which supposedly offers more services than most CVS stores. I guess that doesn't include flu shots on request. Please have the RX and front store staffs to stop telling people to come in at any time for a flu shot, no appointment needed if this isn't the case. I drove to another CVS and got my flu shot. At the second location they told me I should have been able to get the shot at the first location at 9 am. read more

This cvs looks dirty and although the building is ancient. They could do a little work on it to make it look nice and clean. They're three employees that are soooo very nice. Jallison. Really, CVS? I had to go to an after hours clinic for a UTI. Your web site said the pharmacy was open until 10. It actually closed at 6. The clinic sent my scripts to you thinking you were still open. So I have to go without my meds until you open again tomorrow. If I had known, I would have found a pharmacy that was open. Now, I have to suffer another night. Please update your hours. There are too many pharmacies around for me to depend on you. read more

Pharmacy here is more than amazing. They always go above and beyond to help me with my prescriptions. They are always friendly, and still smile and greet you even when they are stressed with many people and cars waiting. Highly recommended this pharmacy above others. read more

Pharmacy hours are incredibly limited and not helpful at all. Closing at 6pm on Saturday is useless for those of us who work weekends.

This CVS is usually quite efficient at the pharmacy counter and the staff is friendly. 9 times out of 10 I don't have to wait long to get my prescription. The new location has been open about a year and it is very nice! read more

This place is the only CVS who ever refused service after I've made a purchase. I wanted change for twenty was refused immediately after I've paid my purchase with a debit card. I understand if it is done by someone who do not make any purchase but I even gave her my extra value card as well. This is bad service to its core. read more

I have received nothing but horrible service from the pharmacy at this location. They never have my Rx ready. They lose it and swear the doctor never called it in and I delivered the prescription to the store myself. I can't change vendors for my pharmaceutical needs as my employer dictates I uses CVS !!!
