a walk in clinic sign

If you have an appt with these people please call and ask many questions before you go. If the system is down, you will get the run around. Meaning they will send you to other sites that can not accompany you. Be prepared to not reschedule. We were told that if we went to another site (their recommendation) they will see our appointment and see us. When we got there, we were told that they take no walk-ins even though we were told that and the sign on the street clearly says walk-in. Do your homework before you go. Make surer their system is up and running or you will get the run around.

This CVS near Warsaw and Holcomb Bridge in Roswell is a tried and true place for me. When I lived in Roswell I often came by here to pick up stuff on my way to work or just when I got bored really. After being away for several years I am happy to report that the place is still in good shape. Still friendly cashiers and neatly stocked shelves. This CVS has more beauty items than some of the other ones around the area. Not sure why that is but hey it's good news for this beauty product junkie. CVS now carries a selection of K-Beauty or Korean made beauty products such as charcoal cleanser, hand lotions, snail serum and moisturizing face sheet masks. I think most of their pricing is pretty competitive compare to say Sephora or Ulta or even Amazon. They also have more parking spots than any CVS I've been to so kudos to them for that... 1140th review 1/9/2018 60th for 2018

Several cars backed up.

Drive through wait time is agonizingly slow! Seems like 10 minutes per car. Total BS. Should not take that long to pick up prescriptions OR complete covid testing. My guess is they are under staffed. When I arrived I was behind 7 cars. Now, being next in line to receive service, an hour later, there are 9 cars behind me. This is craziness.

I am a pharmacist. I have not used this pharmacy's compounding services, but if I did need…read morecompounded medications, this is where I would go. We held an event at their location. If the staff puts 1/2 the care they gave us for the event into taking care of their patients, the service would be phenomenal. The attention to detail in creating this pharmacy is truly exceptional and the team they have built is fantastic! The breadth of services they provide is comprehensive, their ordering process is simple, and the product can be picked up or mailed. They are a cash based pharmacy and they will give you paperwork so you may file claims with your insurance.

I had a good experience with Integrity Compounding Pharmacy in Sandy Springs. I had my compounded…read moredrug in my hands in six days from the time I was prescribed the medication. This included a weekend and a weekday that my PA was off (I had an outstanding question to her before I committed to buying the drug from Integrity). Integrity's customer service was good. I'd never heard of compounded (or compound) drugs before now. It's when multiple drugs are mixed together. Apparently, you can't get them at a conventional drug store or pharmacy like CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Kroger, etc. My PA told me that the compound drugs are mixed and delivered by local pharmacies. She suggested Integrity. I was prescribed azelaic acid 10%, kojic acid 2%, niacinamide 2%, and tranexamic acid 4% in an anhydrous topical cream to treat a scar on my leg. My PA told me if Integrity quoted me more than $60 for 30 grams to let her know because it shouldn't be more expensive than that. I was quoted $75 (that's what my question to her was about). She said prices must've gone up, so I went ahead and paid the $75. This included UPS Ground overnight shipping to my home in Midtown Atlanta. Integrity gave me the option to pick up the drug at their office in Sandy Springs. If I did that, I would've gotten the drug a day sooner. I approved the drug order and paid over the phone this past Wednesday. The drug was mixed by pharmacist KT Tran, RPH, and shipped on Thursday. It was delivered to me on Friday. The drug was securely packaged and came with paperwork including a "Prescription Information Sheet," also known as a "Universal Claim Form." Integrity doesn't contract with any insurance companies. All customers must pay 100% out of pocket. Through my research so far, I discovered that most insurance companies do not cover most compound drugs. However, in the chance that your insurance company does, Integrity provides the Prescription Information Sheet so that you can submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. The sheet has prescriber and prescription information, including drug NDC numbers and quantities. I'm still doing the work to determine if the compound drug that I got is reimbursable through my company's benefits plan. It's taken several phone calls and a couple emails so far. I learned that RxBenefits does not offer any sort of benefit. The next step for me is to call CVS Caremark. Everyone I've spoken to at Integrity has been polite and responsive. I don't remember all their names, but they include Portia and Amber. I emailed Integrity a question this past Friday and they called me with an answer in about an hour, which I thought was fast.

Experience at Walmart (970 Mansell Rd)…read more My visit to the Walmart on 970 Mansell Rd left me completely drained and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward tire return turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. When I first walked into the automotive side, I spoke with Roderick, the automotive manager. The very first thing he told me was that he could not return the tires. Instead of offering any solutions or basic courtesy, he simply dismissed me. He didn't even mention something as simple and obvious as using a buggy to transport the four heavy tires--something that should have been his first thought when seeing a woman clearly struggling. Because I wasn't given proper direction, I carried all four tires around the building to the customer service side at the front of the store. There, I was met by Anna, who repeatedly told me to take the tires back to automotive. She never once consulted a manager, and so I wasted time and energy moving the tires again, only to be rejected once more by Roderick. When Anna briefly came to automotive herself, Roderick acknowledged her, but still did not resolve the situation. Once she left, he told me he could no longer help. This left me bouncing back and forth between automotive and customer service, carrying heavy tires with no one taking responsibility. Back at customer service, Anna still refused to involve a manager. The only time the staff showed any urgency was when I asked Jeff, the front lead, to escalate to a store manager. Eventually, Robert, another store manager, came over and immediately worked with me. However, it was only once Robert was present that Anna suddenly rushed back with my receipt--something she could have provided from the beginning. Throughout this experience, I realized the core issue isn't just individual employees, but the store's culture under the head manager, Carlos. The staff do not collaborate, they lack accountability, and they don't show the most basic values of customer service. Their actions (and inactions) reflect a management problem at the top, which explains why no one beneath him takes initiative to help. Key Issues 1. Roderick (Automotive Manager): Dismissive, unhelpful, and did not offer obvious assistance (like suggesting a buggy for the tires). 2. Anna (Customer Service): Repeatedly redirected me without consulting a manager, delayed resolution until forced. 3. Jeff (Front Lead): The only one who escalated properly when asked. 4. Robert (Store Manager): Helpful once involved, but only appeared after my insistence. 5. Carlos (Head Store Manager): The reason the store culture lacks collaboration and true customer service values. Impact on Me Personally The lack of care and assistance forced me to carry heavy tires back and forth across the store multiple times. The experience drained me so much that by the time I got home, I was completely exhausted and collapsed from the physical and emotional stress. No customer should ever feel this way after shopping at Walmart. Overall Impression This experience showed me that at this Walmart location, restocking items is prioritized over helping customers. The team avoided responsibility, refused to work together, and left me with the burden of solving everything myself. I left feeling disrespected, ignored, and physically worn out.
