Happy to see the coupon machine is still here! Loved scanning pulling out the long receipt of coupons as a kid hahaha The open hours at the time of writing this review are incorrect! This is one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. The first mistake was that they gave my mom someone else's medication. If she didn't double check when she went home, she would have taken a random med! Then today, we had to go back since my mom was suppose to get 3 months of medicine, which means 3 bottles. They only gave her 1 bottle and when she asked the pharmacist that was explaining the medicine if it was 3 months, she said yes! 3 months. So my mom went home come to realize it was only 1 month in the bottle. Not 3. When asked for help, one of the workers there was rude, stated that they don't make mistakes and it was her fault. Several members of my family have been to this location as recent as yesterday (7-31-24).] Back on topic: According to CVS Customer Care's customer service agents, the CVS Pharmacy at this location is having system difficulties preventing them from being able to consistently notify customers with any regularity when prescriptions have been filled. So for auto-filled prescriptions the customer will always have to check the mobile app, or call or visit the pharmacy, to find out when you can pick up your prescriptions. Sometimes they might get it right, but other times they lose the ability to notify you when your prescription is ready for pick up. According to CVS customer service this isn't an IT issue, it's a Pharmacy issue. read more

2nd review: Horrendous customer service and product quality! 1. I purchased a PowerExcel brand charging cord for my girlfriend; to my amazement, it did not work at all! And when we were waiting, I politely asked a male associate to help me take out the product which had a lock on it, he told me to wait in a line of 8+ people, and there was only him at the counter with 3-4 of his co-workers doing nothing! 2. When I went back for the return, the email receipt could not be scanned, and another male associate Jose kept on scanning it until I asked him to try and manually input the numbers. He asked me to read the numbers to him, and finally completed the return. 3. I used a 30% coupon for the product, and when I asked for a coupon back, the female associate who was very rude in review #1 (please see below) told me once I used it, I cannot get it back instead of offering anything in complimentary. Upon exiting, I saw the store manager helping customers at the self checkout. Originally, I wanted to voice my concerns, but decided not to do so. Because if a majority of associates are like that in customer service, there is no use at all until they do something to realize the importance of customer service! I love coming here looking at their travel column, because I know most CVS would have that section available for us if we need to pick up shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste or lotion in the last minute before going somewhere.. Another plus for CVS...their specials for drinks are amazing sometimes. Get a CVS card and find the deals they have every week! They do sale medication, so if you have headaches, pain or aches and need some curing? This would be a place to be. Another thing I like is their one hour photo print. I know Target and Costco might have the same futures, but hey, if you live down the street from this place, wouldn't you want to come here instead of wasting gas? Was there to pick up my med and for my 80 years parents med ( 1/26/23 around 1:17pm ) The pharmacy technician who I didn't catch her name but she wear glasses ( assuming Hispanic) kinda heavy side . She is so rude and treat me like i was criminal. Yes I have Covid and was there to pick up my med and my parents med since no one in my family can drive but me . She said it so loud that I can not come here in store since you have Covid , she even exposed /splash me in front people in line " She has Covid stay away , and she even throw my med on the table " It was my first time to pick up Covid med , if you don't want Covid patience come in store to pick up Please has a sign or politely tell me go to the thrived thru , where is your manner ? This is worst of the worst CVS. Beside the parking lot is filled with trash and bumps. The employees here don't give a F about their customers. I was here just to pick up a simple prescription. Their attitude was like I am asking them for a fav! After i gave them my doctor prescription, they suppose to call my name to the speaker. But I can not understand what the hell she or he was saying because their just say whatever like in 2 second. So I waited in front of the pick up desk and keep looking at them. I have to say there are certain staff at this store who are not friendly and who look like they like their job. If they are miserable with their job, then find something new to do instead of being so rude to your customers. One cashier, Maricela, always has an attitude, does not smile, or greet customers. This CVS is literally down the street so most of the time I'm rushing over here to pick up a few things I need for emergencies(out of hairspray, eye drops, cold medication!) :) It always has what I need available and readily stocked. They only have two registers but they get the line down fairly quickly. Plenty of parking and now they also have a Chase ATM inside which makes my life a little easier as well. TIP: Be careful if you happen to stop by here late in the evening. There are sometimes bums/losers/gangbangers/creepers/etc! here that may do some real harm. Been to a plethora of CVS's and this one is just a shame. Poorly organized aisles, bad selection of merchandise and shady people! Came here one night around 9pm with my mom and witnessed a guy walk out with a 16 pack of beer. Cashier did nothing and then a minute after, another guy ran out with another pack. If I can I will give zero star! I was shopping in here two days before,cause I am not sure what I need so I use phone to check on the item and took long time. About 20 mins later, I found out they didn't have the item, so I put it back and was about to leave. When I was at the door the lady who said she was the manager stopped me at the door. She asked me where's the item I just took. I told her I placed it back right where I got it. She said "no you didn't; if you did can you show me where you placed it." She told me she doesn't have time she has other customers to take care of. I told her it's ok you can help the customer first I'll wait for you. I waited for about 5 minutes. She ignores me right after she's done helping the customer and walks right back to the cashier area. I walked to the cashier area and ask her how long do I have to wait. She said I don't know how long you have to wait. I asked her why she stopped me from leaving she told me she has the right to count the items in the store. I don't know how that has to do with me. I asked for her apologies or else I won't leave the store. She did apologized and I asked for her name. She asked me why would I need her name and I told her that I'll talk to her supervisor. While this happened, the other customers were staring at me like I am a thief. She made me feel like she's being racist. Her attitude towards me wasn't very nice. I come to this CVS at least once a week. I normally just come here with the intent of knowing what to buy and I just go in and out. They have a lot much more of a selection here compared to the Walgreens across the street. The staff here is very friendly and they greet you as you walk in the door. I also come here because of the Chase ATM they have at the front. If you have a card (which I do) it can get you some good deals and provide 20% off my whole purchase. They always seemed to be short staffed, but the cashiers are fast and very friendly. Definitely multi-taskers...talk/scan/handle cash all at once seems to their M.O. 4 Stars for my local CVS! read more

This is the nearest drug store that I have and I can't complain about that since CVS has some interesting deals in their coupon program (even in CVS prices are very high comparing to groceries and other stores). I usually just walk in to check my blood pressure or to redeem coupons and when I purchase something, I like to be assisted by "Son". He is the nicest cashier that I have seen in this CVS, he even recommended me to use those kind of $2 off coupons with products on sale so I would not spend much money. read more

This is probably the worse CVS I have ever been to, I was there just visiting to see a client that lives near by, after visiting this CVS I learned to love my local CVS, they had dirty carpet, ceiling, some of the packages we yellowish and other merchandise had roach's doppings and a thick layer of dust in it, the store looks like it has not been dust, cleaned or updated since 1985, is really, really, sad, the only positive impact it had on me was that I learned to appreciate my local CVS. read more

I would give a 0 if it let me to be honest. I was furious at this one guy who seems like a manager. I went in to get some picture taken for passport. I didn't like how my pictures came out and this guy he said as long it's good then keep it going in this annoyed toned where he just trying to get us out. Like why are you in such a hurry to rush us out for. We are paying is not like we getting it for free. He gave us attitude the whole entire time for no reasons. I just wanted to make sure my pictures look good since is for documents and stuff is not something you can change without complications involved. why is he rushing me for. I understand if it's busy and people also want to take passport pictures but there was no one else but just us there trying to get this pictures done. This cvs is slow but do not park in their lot because they will tow your car in less than a hour from Aaron's Towing which probably scams a lot of people with their tow service. Whether you are there for a hour or less your car is gone because their tow signs says customer parking for 1 hour but the customer is for cvs not the starbucks next door or any other stores in the plaza. Very misleading. They sometimes have someone from tow service sit in a car and watch the people parking in the lot and if you wander to any other stores, the person calls for the tow service and I'm wondering if cvs gets a cut of the fees because they are outragous. It's an average CVS with everything I was looking for. I'm staying at a hotel down the street and due to a longboard mishap (not mine), we were looking for gauze, tape, and needles (gotta get those splinters out!). We originally stopped by Walgreens at the nearby intersection but due to a very limited selection of items, we moved on over to CVS. There was more parking, the entrance/exits to both drugstores were very cramped with people entering/exiting the wrong doors, but CVS had a nicer atmosphere. It was better lit and had lower shelves so you don't feel cramped, and there were plenty of employees wandering the aisles restocking and moving empty baskets out of your way. There's usually plenty of discounts and we found exactly what we were looking for. Only bad experience: I once went when there were two checkouts open, but for some reason we stood in line FOREVER. There's no designated place to line up and things can get messy if someone's in a mad rush. read more

All I have to say is check your money if you get cash back!!! I was getting a hair cut next door and they were cash only so I ran to cvs a bought a soda and got $40 cash back. The cashier handed me a fake $20. I didn't notice it and tried using it when paying for my hair cut. They informed me it was fake and told me go back to cvs. Cvs gave me the run around saying they check all bills and they would never except fake money. In sense calling me a liar. The manager continued to tell me it's my job to check all my money when getting cash back from them. Since I walked out the door it was mine money and they can't do anything about it. I told him I wasn't leaving until they switched it out and that I was calling the cops reporting them for giving out counterfeit money. He quickly changed his tune. But it shouldn't have been this hard. They should be better at checking all bills on there end to ensure they're real before its too late and putting more people like me in this horrible situation. Just switched my families prescriptions to this CVS because Walgreens closed that was across the street. Get phone calls constantly saying the prescription is ready, but have to wait half hour when I get there, because it never is. Not enough chairs to sit and wait for the elderly.
