Jairo was very helpful. He helped me select the charger I needed and found a coupon for the item.

Went here earlier today and paid $10 of gas on pump number 6 at the counter…read more After pumping, I went inside my car, turned it on, and noticed my gas gauge stayed, and my mileage to gas counter still at 30 miles (the same as before I pumped) I went back in to tell the cashier that pump 6 did not dispense gas He checked his computer and said that it did indeed dispense gas And he also said "well you only got 10 dollars, 10 dollars is not going to move your gas gauge" I own a 2017 Subaru Impreza, my gas tank is calculated at 20 MPG. At literally any other place, 10 dollars even at $6 per gallon, would give me around 40 miles and would at least move my gas gauge notch up by 2 or 3. I told him "no, my car is 20 MPG at 10 dollars I should at least see it move a couple of notches" I've owned this car for 10 years I know how it behaves, but he was like "no" and was adamant that I would not see the gas notch move, as if he knows my car better than me and refused a refund. I do not have an old car where there's delayed gas reading. Also my mileage to gas reading still set at 30 before and after pumping is another evidence that it did not dispense any gas. I ended up going to another competitor to spend $10 again for gas, and guess what, it's exactly as I've said, I gained around 40 miles on my mileage to gas reading and gained 3 notches on my gas gauge reading. I've contacted both AMPM corporate and also WSDA Weights and Measures Program about this pump not dispensing gas, as well as how the cashier handled this interaction. DO NOT COME HERE, if the pumps don't dispense gas, they will not help you.

I then said "Really? It's change" and he stated "I can't take it, it's dirty". The change was not that dirty, it was mainly tarnished looking. I will NEVER go to this location ever again. The nerve of some people.

Used profanity and racially derogatory language. At approximately 3:40 PM on March 16, 2026, my…read morebrother and I visited the 7-Eleven located at 20008 International Blvd in SeaTac. After my brother completed his purchase and asked for a bag, I finished my purchase and the clerk did not give me my change. When I asked for it, he claimed my change was used for a bag given to my brother. He never mentioned or told my brother there was a fee for the bag. I told him my purchase had nothing to do with his purchase. The clerk began yelling and using profanity, telling my brother to "get the fuck out of my store." During the confrontation he also used racially derogatory language, referring to my brother as a "black motherfucker." This escalated what should have been a simple issue about change and a bag. If he responded nicely, my brother would've paid for the bag. At one point the clerk also reached as though he might be drawing a gun, which made the situation feel threatening. I attempted to calm the situation and told both of them the argument was not worth escalating, but the clerk continued using profanity and again told us to "get the fuck out of my store," while claiming he was the owner. I am sharing this because customers should not be subjected to profanity, racial insults, or threatening behavior over a routine purchase. Regardless of whether this person is an employee or the owner, this interaction was unacceptable and extremely concerning. I'm also asking anyone who could be subject to racial slurs, to not patronize this store.

I would give 0 stars if I can. Terrible customer service. Cashier yells at customers. Very rude…read more Never again.

I am an employee at the SeaTac airport, and I speak for most of us when I say that we were excited…read moreto have a 7-Eleven open in the baggage claim area. At first, they struggled with the huge number of customers who flooded in looking for snacks and beverages and at that time, they refused to sell any hot food items after 10:00 PM. They kept running out of food and the variety was very limited. It's been a few months now and they now offer a better variety of food 24 hours a day however, they don't seem to rotate the items in compliance with health department standards. I've gone in and seen some shriveled up hot dogs that look like they've been on the roller for days. They don't stock very many name brands as everything has been replaced with a 7-Eleven branded package and who knows where they source their inventory from. My biggest complaints about this location are that there are never enough employees working and the lines get very long. On top of that, their largest customer base are the people who are employed and work at the airport, and we all have to take our items through a security checkpoint, and all of our food goes into a tub and then through the x-ray scanner machine. This location started out using the 7-Eleven branded takeout containers for their hot food items like the clamshell boxes for the hot dogs and pizza slices but now they only offer cardboard boats. The kind that you get an order of fries in at the carnival. These do not go through the x-ray scanner very well and leave your food vulnerable to foreign objects or worse, getting tipped over and falling out. The employees don't seem to care about the customers which is quid pro quo for most 7-Eleven locations but since they are in the airport, they are charging you airport prices. I feel like that should come with some level of professionalism and respect, but what do I know? Most of the other retail and food establishments located at SeaTac airport offer us a 10% employee discount but not 7-Eleven, even though this location is owned by the same lady who owns all of the Hudson news locations at SeaTac. If you're in town visiting, I'd suggest walking a few blocks down to the other 7-Eleven on International BLVD. If you're traveling from Seattle and want snacks for the flight, they are a tiny bit less expensive than other convenience places on the other side of TSA. Just be prepared buy some generic alternative to what you really and and then wait in line for rude employees to check you out and argue with you if you need a refund or something doesn't ring up correctly. Thanks for reading and Cheers!

There were a ton of snacks I haven't really seen before or knew was a thing. It was a pretty large location compared to the others I've been. But with that being said... there wasn't a ton or really any hot food options. I just needed to line my stomach with something that wasn't chips and that was my main visit so that was a bit disappointing but then again.. the worker was all alone so there is some patience I'll have with them. Brightly lit and things were put away. I didn't see too many bare shelves. It's in a business park with a bunch of different business. You can see the 7/11 sign if you're going in one direction but not the other. So be ready to hit that quick right into the lot. Plenty of parking. That won't be a problem. Prime location with not another convenience store in the area and with a few hotels down the road.

Plenty of cold and hot food as well as the usual snacks. Also has a greeting card section and some cute toys. Totally overlooked the alcoholic beverages section which was the original reason we went in there....soooooo, that was neat. LOL. But left with a soda, some breakfast sandwiches, and an iced coffee that was the only real concern as it did not at all taste like coffee - tasted like chocolate milk. That might not be a bad thing for you. Friendly service.
