Store was pretty empty, One employee at the front I only had a question at first about a return- it took about 5 minutes to get up to the counter- as soon as I did the cashier was very polite and helpful. My exchange went quickly. I also put my phone # in the machine to see if I had coupons- the receipt was 3 feet long!! I thought the coupons go to my card- maybe they will work on that - seems like a waste. They have a photo center if you need prints or passport photos. Don't go to this pharmacy the drive through pharmacy lady is incompetent and gave me the wrong change and put it in the system wrong and when I went back to address the problem, CVS staff tried to make it look like I was trying to steal instead of trying to figure out the issue when I know that I gave her the right money, but she gave me the wrong change they made me feel like I was trying to steal and they're very rude. read more

Had to get a prescription filled here that is difficult to find. Staff were helpful and communicated timely with me as well as answered all of my questions. The pharmacist (Diane) understood the need and was able to fill my prescription before an ice storm hit. She is one of the most personable pharmacists I have met. I appreciate the professionalism of the pharmacy staff I interacted with both on the phone and in person. Not sure why so many negative reviews for this particular location. Service: 3 Date/Time of visit: 2/8/2018 2:00pm I've visited this location several times and, as probably anyone who shops for the best price on similar quality items knows, CVS isn't the place to find low standard prices on anything. But when they offer their BOGO deals, they are more in line with the competition. This location had a very friendly and helpful staff until recently. I inquired about an offer for an item and the cashier (Roselyn) stated, with a bit of attitude, she couldn't determine if it applied until I paid for it (odd that since her name tag showed she was a shift supervisor that she couldn't look it up) so I asked if she would then refund it if it didn't apply. With a little more attitude she acknowledged she could. It didn't apply it so she forced the offer to apply and THEN finally smiled as she handed me the receipt. Maybe she was just having a bad day. If the staff from a couple months ago is still there, I'd certainly recommend this location....when they have offers of course :-) read more

Normally I don't bother to review things but when a place messes with my child then I have no choice. Don't go here for a rapid test and dare be 3 min late for your appt because you will be turned away. They don't care about your health or the community's health at all. My 17 year old was turned away when he arrived 3 min late to his appt. So yes, we want you to have to get back in the car and come back again because the technician conducting the test can't be 3 min late getting home to her own family but screw your family. That was told to me by the nurse practitioner when she called me back to offer nothing. Great motto, CVS. Go anywhere else but here. read more

Literally the slowest CVS pharmacy I've ever gone too. We are the only car in line, and the store is pretty empty and yet here we are, still waiting. It's painfully slow. Go to literally any other CVS. I can't imagine the wait when this place actually has people in it. read more

This is my local CVS, and it's good for most of the things that drug stores are good for. Can't say I go in there a whole lot, but when I need something for the medicine cabinet I never have a problem finding it here. How they could find the most obnoxious, rudest people in all of Raleigh to work in one spot is unfathomable! CVS Leesville Church Rd. My daughter was in there on Christmas Eve. Bought tons of stuff, and got home minus 1 bag. She called back to see if her bag was held behind the counter and was told she didn't leave anything behind. My daughter asked if they would make it good and the girl answered "nope". After several more smart remarks from the store clerk, my daughter called her an appropriate name and hung up! I called and spoke to the manager on duty and he said they would go back and look at security video to see what happened. I called him back today, and he said he saw where a bag was left on the counter, and the clerk ran to the parking lot to try to catch her! Nope, never happened. My daughter had to maneuver through all the construction in the parking lot, and then unload all her bags. She was in the parking lot for quite some time. Never mind all that, the on duty manager told me to tell my daughter to bring her receipt in and they would make it right. All she was missing was a pack of gum, a night light and some batteries for Christmas morning. What she got home with was $20 boxes of candy (4) and reading glasses at $35, and other less expensive things. If she were going to lie about items missing it would not have been about a pack of gum, etc. So, as instructed, my daughter returned to the store for her refund and encountered "Natalia" who told her she would not be given a refund! I called while my daughter was in the store and talked to Natalia who couldn't be more rude! She would hardly let me speak...kept interrupting me, but I have no idea what she was saying as English was not her first language, she did not speak into the phone to where she could be heard, and then would not even respond to me at all. I have never spoken to anyone as rude in my life! I will be calling back to talk to the manage tomorrow Sean Johnston or the acting manager I spoke with that viewed the security tapes (Jonathan Tardif). Believe me, that won't be my last phone call! read more

Came to get tested for covid and I sent back and forth to two different workers telling me this is where you need to get tested. Finally I get told at the drive through that they stopped testing at 4pm when I booked an appointment online at 5:20pm. I'll Never come back to this store. read more

I dropped off a prescription at the drive-through window. The CVS employee asked me to wait while she made sure the medication was in stock. Then she said it'd be ready in an hour. About 45 minutes later, I got a text. The medication is not in stock. I had to go back, get the prescription, and drive over to Walgreens. Next time, I'll go to Walgreens first. read more

I have been with CVS Pharmacy for many years. During the past year I have had problem after problem with them. It is not the pharmacist, it's the customer service. A few examples, I dropped off a prescription and was told it would take 2 hours because they had to mix it. I came back over 2 hours later and it was never given to the pharmacist to fill, she then filled in in 10 minutes. I've asked a question on a price and they acted like I was bothering them. They seem to have a whole different attitude toward customers, it's like they don't want to be there and don't bother them. CVS you need to step up your customer service in the Pharmacy or you will loose more customers. read more

After I contacted doctor ( who promptly sent new prescription) got nasty call from pharmacy manager saying they now had prescription but instead of apologizing for their mistake asked if I wanted it sent to Walgreens. Worst organized pharmacy ever. They call me constantly and don't leave messages but are unaware why they call me when I come in. The Minute Clinic staff is rude. The wait time is outrageous for medications. On average i wait 20-25 minutes consistently. I got married and changed my name...now I'm in the system under two last names...I'm not sure why because I told them to change my name to my new married name. They never know which name to use or put the medications under. I am now going to the Harris Teeter pharmacy across the street. read more

I felt a cold coming on, so I ran to the pharmacy to launch a preemptive strike. I'm sure these folks see a hundred sick people a day, but that didn't phase them. They treated me like I was the most important person in the store and gave me great advice for attacking the problem. A personal touch goes a long ways in customer service. I went in recently to get my vaccine shot for shingles and was told by the pharmacist that the shingles vaccine was hard to come by and that I should check from time to time so I decided to call Walgreens which said that they had it and didn't understand why I was told that it was hard to come by the other issue is my insurance BCBS has a deal with CVS forcing me to go there so by going to Walgreens I had to pay a $21 administration fee now before BCBS made there deal with CVS I had always gone to Walgreens. The second issue is there is always a line and slow which was the reason I stopped going there the first time. I don't understand how they don't carry such a popular vaccine or how they could run out and not know when they will get the vaccine back in. Very disappointed I guess I'll eat $21 it cost me. read more

I have found that the Pharmacy is either poorly managed or perhaps the stock person is pocketing some of the pills. It is so rare that they have what I need. They won't even offer you what they have and allow you to return to get the balance once it arrives. Extremely poor service! read more

Heads up...CVS Caremark will not notify you when your Nordicare assistance has expired. Recently, I received a bill in the mail that I did not approve to pay. The CVS rep did not tell me about the expiration at the time of order, she saw the assistance, agreed about the pay, did not run to see if it was still valid, and the company now says it is my responsibility. Unlike a store I can not refuse at the time of purchase and since it is a controlled substance I can't return. read more

This store gets 0 marks for customer service. Long line when I entered, just 1 guy working front registers. Found a female staffer restocking shelves, told her I needed passport photos. She told me to go back to the front, the busy guy would also do photos.He kept paging for help. When I finally got to the front, he pages the same person I'd just spoken to for my passport photos! She takes the photo, hands it to me, then tells me busy guy would help me - which meant back in a long line a 2nd time! Suddenly 2 other workers appear at photo counter - where had they been? Turns out this female was a manager - but clueless about supervising a busy store. Glad Walgreens just opened up across the street, no need to ever go to this CVS again. read more

I was new to the area about 3 year ago when this branch CVS opened up on Leesville Rd in Raleigh NC. I wanted to find a local pharmacist and drug store for myself and my family. Went up to the pharmacist and was treated very rudely ... she did not give me the time of day (and they were not busy). I went across the street to the Rite Aid and got great service from the Pharm tech and pharmacist with minimal wait time. Needless to say that is where my family and I go to for all our pharamacy needs. read more
