The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. God forbid if you have a chronic illness and need to deal with these unprofessional lackeys on any kind of consistent basis. Be prepared to be treated like a total criminal if you ever have the misfortune of needing pain medication, and even though you've gotten a legitimate prescription, be prepared for the rude blonde girl with the vocal intonation of a vacuum cleaner to treat you like a junky. Complain to a manager? They give exactly zero cares. Call close to closing? They'll leave you on hold until they close and leave. Call with a problem because they keep refusing to fill your prescription? Get ready to literally break down into tears out of pure frustration and prepare to hear such nonsense as "well, if you want this filled then you need to make sure your doctor writes it on the secure paper." Um. What? As a patient I have to check and see if my prescriptions are written on magical paper? What are you even talking about? They will take 4-5 hours to call your doctor if there is a problem, if at all. They will call you 900 times to tell you to pick up your meds, only to not have them done when you get there. If you have someone drop off your scrip, they will ignore hipaa laws and discuss your medication with that person. They will have you make multiple trips, give you partial fills, and talk to you like you are the dumbest person alive. I'll be transferring all of my meds to another location, since I'm forced to use CVS. But holy moly, this pharmacy is toxic and needs a serious overhaul. read more

I don't care much for CVS...can they turn on some lights so I can see and the place is put together by someone who is high or something, it doesn't make sense. Why don't they send a spy to Walgreens to take pictures and check out their prices and give your competition some......competition. I heard an out of towner refer to Walgreens as the best little store in the world becaue they have so much stuff to buy and it is so well put together! This review is based off of the pharmacy alone. I showed up, first time filling a prescription that was sent in by my doctor. Handed the man at the counter my temporary prescription card and he said, 'we will just need to update your insurance and call you shortly.' Sure enough, the same man clocks out for his shift 10 minutes later. 30 minutes after my arrival, I checked in with another person behind the counter, and it turns out the man had just left my prescription sitting on the counter. Not to mention, the lovely blonde behind the counter just referred to a customer as a 'douchebag'. Great place! read more

Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible there's no follow through on prescriptions or orders or call the doctors I always have some issue with picking up my prescriptions and today I went there to go through the drive thru and it's closed read more

Dianna from the Minute Clinic gave excellent customer service. She was extremely knowledgable, supportive, patient, and kind. I went in to determine whether I had strep throat or the flu, and she narrowed it down to the flu being the most probable culprit. After a test was taken and I was positive for Influenza A, she explained everything so clearly, and prescribed just what I needed. She listened to my fears and helped me think rationally. Horrible customer service. I have been receiving calls for over a week that a prescription was ready (I have been out of town - and the prescription was supposed to be ready before I left but they did not fill it in time) and I go today to pick it up. I tried once this morning and they don't open until 8 (unknown to me but that's not why the customer service is bad). I try again this afternoon and after no less than 5 voicemails telling me my prescription is ready and a call last night - it's not ready. They offer to fill it while I wait but I have to go inside and wait for a few minutes and they would fill it. I asked if I could just drive around the drive through again in 5 mins but the tech says I have to come inside and wait. Why? What is the difference between waiting inside for 5 minutes or staying in my car, where I have groceries that can't be sitting in a hot car? It makes zero since why I couldn't have waited a few minutes and driven through again. They aren't going to magically make my pills appear once I walk inside. She said if I wanted to come back in a few hours then I could drive through again. What?! I might be a customer with mobility issues, why would you make them come inside. She just stared at me and could not offer a valid reason for this absurdity. I drive away and am having my prescription transferred to another pharmacy. I don't care if this is the closest pharmacy to my house. I will never go in there again. read more

I'm a Walgreen's fan myself but this CVS is decent. I like that they have a minute clinic in it. I've gone there before when I couldn't get into my doctor's office in a timely fashion. I've only used the actual pharmacy once and they were fairly fast. The staff up front here is pretty nice too. read more

One of my friends called there and they hung up on him. He was trying to see what superscription he needed to pick up and then he went in to the store and no one would admit to taking to him. He found out who hung up on him because he knew the staff and there was one guy he did not know (James). They even called the cops on him because he waited in the store to see his name tag because he would not identify himself so that he could contact there corporate office to send in a review. read more

This store has very professional and friendly employees. The parking lot is very old run down and dirty. The sign for the pharmacy drive-thru is worn out and dirty. Each business pays rent to the owner of the shopping center. They need to inform the owner that the property needs to be cleaned up. read more

Went to the minute clinic here the other day and had a great experience. I was greeted by a kind store clerk when we entered CVS and was politely directed to the minute clinic. The person on staff in the minute clinic was quick, professional and great with kids. Clerk was kind and positive when I was checking out even though my sick kids were crabby and loud. read more

Huge shout out to the Pharmacy and Clinic staff. They took the time to help me find the best price for the medication I needed. Money order machine ALWAYS "broken". Passport photo station "broken". Never have anything working. Worst customer service I'm the area

Dropped off three scripts to the drive-thru. Got the notification by text message that the prescriptions were ready for pickup. Went back to get them. But only two of the three were ready. Was told that the third would be ready in half an hour. Called them 75 minutes later just to be told they don't have the medicine. Asked them to transfer the script to the nearest CVS that has the medicine. They refused. Said that I had to return to get the hard copy script and then drive around to other pharmacies until I found one that had the medicine. Fortunately, the nearest Walgreens has the medicine and is filling the script now. Booooo to CVS. We will be using Walgreens from now on. read more

The staff always greets you and notifies you if you need help, they are here to help. I don't use the pharmacy, I mostly buy mid-day snacks.

The pharmacy is a nightmare. Do they not get it that a lot of the people there are sick? They walk around in slow motion ignore guests zero sense of urgency. They act as if they are entitled to the job. I am constantly having to call my health care provider because the people there are complete idiots. They charge you double co-pays and try to make you feel like the idiot and when I confirm information with my insurance they take zero responsibility. If you dont mind waiting an hour and constantly be ignored by all means go here they will definitely ignore all your needs. The only reason I go back is because its right by my house and I feel that maybe one day a transaction will be smooth but I am constantly reminded these people are under educated assholes with no social or customer service skills. Its really sad that a brand like CVS employs such people. I will go ahead and drive somewhere else to get my prescriptions and goods. CVS just lost another loyal customer. read more

I was very unimpressed with my visit. I had been to a different location in the past and it worked out in a jam. I waited for over 30 mins. I went in running a fever with a very sore throat and I was hoping to get a jump on being sick. After paying $90 I was told "Just go home and sit on your porch and relax... you'll get better, if not then come back and see me if your not better in 5 days." I had to return to work was sick past the 5 days. I did not care to go back and pay another $90 for "advice". No Thanks! read more

Today I went to the CVS pharmacy at 32nd St and Union Hills Dr in Phoenix, AZ. The pharmacist on site was Devin. He acted in a very rude way to me and made me feel unwelcome. When I was just inquiring about the prescription for my daughter, he told me I have an "attitude" and my behavior was actually calm . I only expressed worry about my daughter's prescription not being enough as we were about to leave the country for 3 weeks and would not have sufficient pills to treat her hypothyroidism. Her Armour thyroid is essentially important to her health. I do not think he understood the importance of this medication. And he should - he is the pharmacist. He only gave me 3 pills and acted as this was a great favor, these 3 pills would not be enough. He actually acted with a bad attitude towards me, and I felt this was very unprofessional. He acted very rudely and continued to talk to me in a rude way. I am disappointed in CVS. read more

I have never had any problems here. Today I took my daughter to the Doctor. She has a very nasty stomach virus and she has become dehydrated... I called and asked for Pedialite Pops. They had them and the Pharmacy said they don't usually sell products through the drive through. I asked, pretty please because I am a single mother and I have no one to help me by getting these right now. I just am coming from the doctor with a very sick child and really need them. They said ok, we will do that for you... come to the drive through. I get there and the pharmacist had mercy on me and they gave me the pops ON THEM! I am not sure the specific person who did this act of kindness for me but it made me drive away in tears of gratitude. I was just so happy they would sell it to me through the window so my daughter didn't have to get out... I didn't even bring her shoes because she wouldn't walk she was so ill. So I am so thankful to have a pharmacy like this in my neighborhood. They have always been more than wonderful to me! read more

Not sure what happened to this CVS, but ever since it isn't a 24 hour Pharmacy the service and quality has gone downhill. I'm having issues with my rx being given to me the way they are prescribed. My other issue is their speed on things. On Friday I was told my rx was out of stock and would be in Monday. Monday came by, nothing. Called and was told it would be another day. Called Tuesday, still not there and was told it would be another business day. Called today and was told it had finally arrived and would be ready by 3 (no one had the courtesy to contact me either like they said they would). Went at 4:30 and had to wait in the drive through for almost 15 minutes (once I got to the window) because it was not ready. The cars before also took a while before they got their prescriptions so I am assuming the same thing happened. I can understand it's hard to keep staff with the turnover they have, but they have got to get it together. Not only did I have an issue getting my prescription, but the service was not great or friendly. I work in health care, I know this is a busy time of the year but not getting people what they need or helping them get it is just unacceptable. Very disappointed and will be looking to changing pharmacy. read more
