While I have CVS Pharmacy locations closer to where I live, I went to this particular location yesterday for a MinuteClinic appointment and then used the CVS Pharmacy. After my appointment, I roamed through the store looking for some over the counter medication and other items. I felt that the store was in rather good condition as it was clean and well stocked. The area near the MinuteClinic could have used some tidying up though. The rows around the store were well labeled and with an exception of the pharmacy itself which shared differing thoughts on several of the over the counter medications than from the MinuteClinic medical professional, I found everything else well enough without needing to ask for help. I did see a number of CVS staff as I roamed around the store. I ended up paying for one item at the pharmacy counter and the other items at the self-checkout register near the exit. I encourage everyone to sign up for ExtraCare, which is a free membership and includes sales prices, deals for you, 2% back in ExtraBucks rewards, a $3 birthday reward, and up to $50 in ExtraBucks rewards at the pharmacy. While I'm a huge fan of CVS in general and the ExtraCare+ program, the stores are hit or miss. I've been using this CVS for 3 years and every time it is an absolute joke. I'm convinced there isn't a real pharmacist with a degree working here. No one knows how to read a prescription. They have given me the wrong script multiple times and this last time they put my cats life at risk by ordering the wrong prescription. There was a man helping me at first who was putting in the prescription for my cat, then a girl came to help who seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and she ordered an inhaler prescription for a human instead of a cat, like it was sent in for from the vet. I know they were aware this was for a cat because the first guy I was working with confirmed it. They will not offer reunds for the prescription they sent in incorrectly. The help who works behind the counter all have zero communication skills, they have sour looks on their face like they are extremely unhappy to be there and no one smiles or looks at you while you're being helped. I continued going to the pharmacy because at the end of the day I just need a prescription regardless of if the person giving it to me hates their job and has a bad attitude or not but putting my cats life at risk is where I draw the line. Do better. Go back to school and learn something. A simple google search told me everything I need to know about a prescription a "pharmacist" couldn't even get right. read more

I can never get a hold of the pharmacy to discuss anything, Thru thier system weither I call for myself or a patient. They always want a vm to be left and when you do no phone call back. Also when going in the drive-thru you're there atleast for 30-40 minutes when only 1-2 cars ahead of you. read more

Josh is as unpleasant as they come in the Pharmacy. He states he runs the entire pharmacy, but don't dare ask why they don't have a prescription in stock after you have been waiting 4 days. You will get a snarky response about refrigerator space. This will be the last month Josh needs to worry about my prescriptions, so many other pharmacies are professional and less rude to customers. The RN who gave me my vaccine was very curt and a bit rude. It could have been she was having a bad day, but wow. She sure wasn't responding to my "pleases" and "thank yous". Using the website, I made an appointment in the middle of the night to come at 10:20 am for a strep test. I received the link to meet the previsit needs via a text and was pleased that it was quick to complete. I showed up a few minutes early in a clean spacious waiting area, then was called back to be seen right at my appointment time. The gal that took my vitals and strep test then waited with me for the results was lovely. Her empathy and kindness came across genuine despite helping sick people all day. All in all this was such a great experience. (I drove 12 mins from my home bc this location could get me in earlier in the day than the one even closer). Do you know when you have to return to a store, and you dread it? Well, that's my experience with CVS. I have had nothing but bad experiences for like seven years or more. It's the only CVS I get this feeling in, but today that changed. The manager that was working today and helping customers was so friendly and so supportive and so helpful. He will be the reason that I come back to this store. Oh, and I saved a ton of money, too, over $20, and he helped me understand the AP better and explained how to get better results on my coupons. I went into the clinic just leaving work, and I work in a Cannabis Cultivation. The nurse preceded to make me feel like shit for having an odor of marijuana on my clothes. That is just how I smell after I leave work. It is nothing I can control. He tried playing it off later after realizing that's where I work. The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. Called multiple times and sat on hold for 15-20 each time just to not get through to anyone. Their automated machine is messed up as well, whenever putting in my birthday or rx number the machine says it's unable to pull up my info and to speak to a pharmacist. I'm trying to transfer my scripts from Walgreens to here and no success after 3 attempts. They even lied and stated they made a call to Walgreens and they didn't find my info. They also lied and said they tried calling me back but I didn't. I'm seriously thinking this is racial because I'm Mexican or that I'm gay. This CVS pharmacy staff all take their lunch at the same time. Today I rode my bike three miles to pick up meds and got there 45 mins too early, so I was unable to do so. I'm again motivated to learn how to do mail order meds because pharmacies like this one have past their usefulness and need to close up shop and make room for contemporary businesses, those that are more beneficial to our society, and those who put peoples needs and interests above their own. read more

Love this CVS. I'm always greeted when I walk in the door. I especially like their healthy snack section up front near the registers. The pharmacy staff has always been helpful in getting my prescriptions filled and answering any questions or concerns about them or my insurance. Some drugstore cowboys tried to hold this place up the night after Halloween and the cops (all undercover) had an all-out car chase for a couple blocks before they caught the crooks which happened around 10:30 at night. I visited this locale last evening to fill a script for my wife and I must say I was happy to find a 24 hour pharmacy near the PV Hospital. Now with that all being said the service is a bit slow....but at least the pharmacist was nice. This is a nice location to get a script filled in a pinch.....but the service needs to be faster especially since I was the only customer in the store at 3am. This review is for the store/cashiers. I've never used the pharmacy. The employees here are the kindest I've encountered at a CVS. I thought the nice lady at the register's name was Cindy, but the receipt says Christine. Regardless, I always seem to be anxious (I have social anxiety) and brain fogged when I drop by the store, and these ladies are incredibly patient and always try to save me money! I used CVS to add money to my PayPal card for the first time today, and I had a pleasant experience. I will always choose this CVS when I need a quick item or two. read more

Nothing but great customer service. Had several days of confusion between 30 day & 90 day supply of my meds and with communications between CVS and my doctor. I couldn't get my doctor to take time to call and fix it. I asked CVS pharmacy. Boom - done! They took the time to personally speak with my doctor right away to straighten it all up.
