There are 3 locations for this pharmacy. If there are any questions that may concern me, I would always ask the pharmacist on duty. The very lovely sweet lady at the register called me "Honey baby" & gave me a little piece of paper that reads they are having a secret 50% off clearance here for memorial day weekend bc they have so much inventory to move "honey baby" OuiOui. I hurriedly changed from my fancy city wallet to my beach duds & unbeknownst forgot to grab my bank cards/credit cards out of it. Just grabbed by beach wallet & made tracks. The reply I got from Walgreens was the prescription would be available Friday after 3:10 pm. On Saturday morning I logged in only to find the prescription was cancelled the day I reordered. No notice from Walgreens. When I asked what I need to do the parceled me honey and said you have to contact Walgreens because that is an app issue. I inquired about how I could get a refill and she said contact you primary care doctor on Monday. All if her comment were defensive. We have experienced the decline in customer support for sometime at this location. Other Walgreens have been customer oriented. Not here.
