Every time I have come in, I am followed around like a convict picking up trash. Sometimes, people just want to take their time, browse and not be bothered. However, even if you politely say no thank you to assistance, they are still vultures. Another lady was there at the same time I was, and said the same thing. If a customer says "no thank you", leave them alone!!! Following that up with rude behavior and attitude is always the icing on the cake. I've never had a good experience here.

I've been coming to Sally since I started my skin care & nail school journey in 2015...anyway...i have come across some really great people (and not so great) in this store. Shan* was in the midst of putting inventory in or making new tags or something...anyway I walked in all distraught trying to find red hair spray, she could have said it is down that aisle on the bottom, but she didn't. She stopped what she was doing to search the shelf for me. I was so excited, customer service is back!!! Even though they didnt have the color i was looking for i bought a root touch up in red instead. There was a lady who walked in almost as soon as she got back up to the front...she also was looking for colored hair spray...Shan* could have easily said, you see that lady down there, it's right in front of her...but she didn't! She brought the hair spray seeking lady to the same spot and also searched for a color that was not there that day....Shan* was happy to look again in the same spot for another lady! Please keep Shan* on the payroll and if you really want her to stay (like I do)...give her a pay raise.
