The last THREE orders of semaglutide were probably water, based on their effectiveness. Shame on me for giving me that many chances to take my money. Before we switched to them semaglutide was working brilliantly but as soon as we started using their swill, our progress stopped and we started gaining weight again, even after our doctor doubled the dose. If a zero star review was an option, it would still be more stars than they deserve. read more

This pharmacy has reasonable prices in everything but their shipping. I get the medication has to remain cold, but $40.00 in state? Yikes! They also made the mistake of telling me they charge the doctor $40.00 less for a medication than they charge me for. That's pretty tacky. read more

My first time going there, I was greeted by a person that was very friendly and I had questions about my prescription compound med. She was very informative and then sent me over to a consolation area where another person came and answered all of my questions and concerns. The place was very bright and clean inside and I'd highly recommend this pharmacy. My wait time was only a few minutes as well, so it was really nice to get in and out quickly. Blue Cross sent me a at home a1c from everwell. It was the worst. Who buys these cheap kits. Quality was the worst.

I've never used this pharmacy; however, I was referred to them by my doctor's office. They told me they sent my prescription to this pharmacy on the day of my appointment, and that I should hear from the pharmacy within a day or two to collect my information, payment, etc. That was more than a week ago, and I still have not heard from anyone at Everwell. Since I need my prescription, I've been trying to call the pharmacy myself for the past 3 days. I've called multiple times each day sometimes holding for more than 20 minutes at a time, and no one has EVER answered the telephone. My doctor's office has said they can't reach them either, and they are hearing similar complaints from multiple patients. read more

We have used Everwell Specialty Pharmacy for a few years for our patients and have had great customer service from their employees.

They were fast and friendly. Definitely recommend and will be using again. Will even ship your medication if you live out of state.

The absolute WORST compounding pharmacy. Communication is non existent. If you can get someone on the phone, they aren't helpful and are rude. They sent an order to the wrong address and are making our company pay for it stating it was our mistake when it was not. RUN from this place. read more

Tuesday early morning my doctor called in a prescription that had to be made by EverWealth specialty she called again right away actually I was right there coming out of the office when she was on the phone calling event so it was Tuesday morning early they told me it might take 2 days at most to make it so I waited and waited and waited and by Friday I still had not gotten a phone call from everwell I called my doctor's office they said yeah and you were right there when we called it in and I was like okay I'll get them a call so I called everwell The girl on the phone lied to me and said that my phone number was wrong even though she tried she goes oh they they made the 850 backwards and I said ma'am you're lying because I was standing right there when she called it in so I know that you're lying to me and she's called in many a prescriptions that I needed but because my pelvic floor was in constant spasms after having surgeries I needed these suppositories it was it very painful having that area and Constance spasms even the pain meds weren't helping The specialty medicine is to help stop the spasms relax the muscles and allow the tissue to heal from the surgery so then the lady on the phone said oh well we won't be able to get to it until next week I said no man that's not going to work I said I've already waited just about a week I said and then you have the audacity to lie to me about my phone number and I said and if it was so wrong why didn't you call back to the doctor's office to check it I said I don't believe you so I would like to speak to a supervisor and she she was like let me just go talk to the pharmacy and see if they can just put it in so she came back to the phone call and then she said okay we'll get it but you won't be able to get it until Monday or Tuesday I said man that's still not going to work for me I said what's your headquarters number I'm going to have to take this up so then she says hold on a minute she comes back and she goes okay we can make it but it'll be late this afternoon before it can be ready I said that's fine even though I live over 25 mi away out in the countryside where they're in town so I wait and I wait early afternoon comes I called to see how my prescriptions coming and she said oh it's it's not even ready and I said once again okay that's it I said I really need to talk to your supervisor so I get a supervisor on she says okay let me go back there and talk to the pharmacy she said look it'll be ready around 3:00 or 4ish maybe a little after I said that's fine so we called back at 3:00 she said at least another hour because it had to cool to make this suppositories so I said that's fine I asked her how much it would be and my husband left at 4:00 got there about 4:45 still waited a little while for him but I was able to get them The fact is it's the audacity to lie to someone when it's your mistake instead of just admitting that y'all ignored me didn't care about my health didn't care about my well-being and then thought you could lie just to get out of it I hope I don't have to have any more prescriptions filled with them because whenever I've used apothecare I've never been treated like this I had another doctor he used to use apothecare out there in Gulf breeze and while that is an hour and a half away I'd rather make that drive than to do a 40-minute drive to a company that lies and disregards your health because they're too lazy to fix the so-called problem when she read me my phone number out so I know she was lying plus I was already in their system from several years back I had a prescription made and so did my husband and we are the only person besides my son and his wife that has our last name in this town because it's a very unusual last name be weary if you can get your prescription made at apothecare do that instead of ever well clearly they don't care about anyone but themselves And then my doctor told me it shouldn't be no more than 50 debt bucks and it was still well over that at least they could have given me a discount after treating me like crap and making me suffer a whole week in pain. read more

100 % Unresponsive, terrible communication. 2 voicemail messages, 2 txt, 1 email. no response. numerous phone calls with no answer on hold. i am not trusting my healthcare needs to a pharmacy where the Pharmacist is suppose to provide consulting services that does not return voicemail messages, emails and does not answer phones, terminal hold when i called. . If Everwell cares about these reviews, they will fix this issue. Poor communication seems to be consistent on these reviews. I was not going to wait for my rx to not show up. I found competitor on line, Coastal Compounding pharmacy, Riviera Bch, FL. amazing customer service spoke with Pharmacist directly. They returned calls, answered phones, next day delivery. read more

My doctor determined that I needed a medicine that Everell could get to me quickly and ordered it for me over a week ago . I paid for it and expected it to be delivered to my home . It still has not been delivered . I don't know how that not having this med has affected my health . I am still waiting for it . read more

I was referred here for rapid Covid testing. This is merely a PSA and my opinion of the cost and treatment provided. I was visibly ill. The nurse who did the rapid testing was very curt and lacked empathy. She handed me my results after 8 minutes and said nothing. The results said I was negative and she told me I had a cold. She never asked symptoms or checked vitals. My son took me to Baptist Urgent Care less than 24 hours later where the physician there told me to immediately quarantine. Baptist called me with in 72 hours and told me I was positive for COVID-19. I would be cautious of "quick diagnosis" scams, regardless of how poorly you feel. Seek qualified medical professions and save your money. read more

they are not just not good, they are horrific!!! You should be allowed to give a zero star review. My provider sent a prescription in about a month ago and again week and a half ago. When you call you are on hold for over half an hour before getting disconnected, you can't leave a voicemail because the voicemail is always full, they say to send a text or email I've done both and got no responses. I called in the middle of the night and left messages with the service that are also not returned. when I left a negative review on Google, they responded days and days later, to apologize and state that they understand receiving my medicines are important and they're sure they're being worked on. Clearly they're not because I still have not been contacted by anyone and I have not received my medication's. No provider who actually wants their patients to get their medication's. Should use this pharmacy and individuals should ask their providers what pharmacy they use and tell them not to use this one because you need to get your medicine. read more

Wow what an incredible place! I was sent here by my trainer who recommended an inbody scan and man oh man did I learn a lot about my body. I was assisted by Heather who is a dream, she spent a lot of time helping be find a multi vitamin supplement with some help for energy along with a meal replacement - my current items fail in comparison to what Everwell has to offer. Great news is they ship all over the US (perhaps world) so when I go home I'll be able to keep up with my supplements. read more

I have recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto's. My bloodwork showed that I was deficient in several vitamins so I went to Everwell. I had a huge list of vitamins my doctor recommended two different times and I didn't know where to start. Both times I went to Everwell I was blessed to have Heather help me. She was so knowledgeable in everything I needed and truly helped me decide what was best for me take. I get my hormone cream from Everwell because my doctor said their bottles have a more accurate dosage than many other places and they specialize in bioidentical hormones over synthetics. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have also tried many of their over the counter products like 5-htp, thyroid synergy, flying bird teas, the naked bee lotions, and chagrin valley bath salts for cold and flu.
