Dr. Newlin is a very talented TRUSTWORTHY healer. SOME of His support staff over the years were not to my liking but he figured them out quickly. He's known in Pensacola for what the elders would say, "they can heal you without oil (meaning anointed oil Exodus 30:22-29). It's okay if don't believe now but when you leave you'll come back and give this review a thumbs up. I don't hand out good reviews often. Firstly, I can't per say speak about the care of this facility but I can tell you an experience. I'm a nurse. I have been working this entire time during the COVID-19 shut down and continue working. I wore my mask and followed the office instructions. They ask all the questions such as "Have you been in contact with anyone with COVID?" The answer is "yes", but I did explain that I wore all the appropriate personal equipment (N95, gown, gloves, eye protection, hair covering) and have no symptoms. My temperature was normal. They check me in and then shortly there after walk me out of the building saying they would see me "after the COVID" this isn't a short term pandemic, this is a long term issue. I just hope you don't treat your nurses, doctors, lab techs, rad techs, patient care tech with the same experience. I don't ever refuse any patients that come through the door. I treat everyone the same way COVID or no COVID, or any other life threatening disease. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone I work with, friends nor family. read more

Amazing staff and very family friendly! I was having issues with my neck and back after child delivery. I had headaches, issues with TMJ, ear congestion, and dizziness daily. I went in for x-rays and had results the next day. The doctors invited my husband and kids in for my results. The cost was very friendly without insurance! My treatment started with seeing them a few times a week for a few weeks, then it dropped down to twice a week and finally once a week! They have cured my headaches! I explained to the staff how my LOs have recurrent ear infections and my newest child had torticollis. Dr. Newlin suggested to see my children! The staff is friendly, and the therapy helped, so for that I am giving a 5. Downsides are parking is a challenge, the wait times can be long and they PRESSURE you to make appointments and come back regardless of whether you can afford it. I feel and felt alot of pressure to make constant appointments and when I had to cancel I got an "Oh no, the doctor will be very disappointed to hear that. Let's reschedule you right away. etc." Great service once you are actually seen, but again - prepare to wait and get pressured. read more

I had an amazing experience at this chiropractic clinic. I am working in Pensacola for the week and on yesterday, I was experiencing severe upper neck and back pain. I contacted Newlin and they were able to get me in the same day and did a consult, exam, adjustments, and some therapy. I felt great after treatment and feel even better this morning. They also provided me with some referrals to other chiropractors to see while I'm on the road, including a referral in my home town, Phoenix. Newlin has an amazing staff and some amazing chiropractic care team that really caters to your immediate needs. I was in Pensacola on vacation for the week and started having awful back cramps to the point I couldn't breathe and i had dislocated my rib joint. Dr savage was so helpful! And in only two visits, I was about to feel 10 times better. He was very personable and Thorough. He even called my doctor back home to get my history.
