I saw a infomercial on tv about a product that helps you sleep. I was excited that I might get a good nights sleep and decided to try it. I bought it, and used it that night. It did not do anything they said it would. It did not knock me out, it did not help me sleep any better then any other sleep aid did. What it did do tho, was make me feel lightheaded, dizzy and nauseated the entire next day. I decided it wasn't for me, not only did it not help, but made me feel like crap. So I took it back to see what I could do, and found out They have a VERY unclear and selective return policy....meaning THEY decide when and what they provide refunds for. The manager, Trevor told me that I should have asked for a sample of the product before I opened the container. Apparently, I should have know to ask for samples, not them, being the experts in this situation. So no refund, no store credit, not clear cut refund policy. Trevor then told me that you can't return things once you have opened them, tried them, and don't like it.....that's not how business works...and it's mine now. However, TREVOR, most good companies have a money back guarantee policy.... bottom line is that MAXFIT lies on their infomercial, don't give you any clear instruction or direction other then what's on the container. I took the chance and tried it, and all I want is my money back for a product that does NOT work. This company would not even give me store credit....they just don't care about their customers. So, unless ur a supplement expert urself I don't recommend you going into Maxfit...because they are all about getting the money, not having or keeping satisfied customers. It's a shame they gotta rip ppl off to get ahead in business. MAXFIT need to re-evaluate their business model and adopt a VERY CLEAR REFUND POLICY, that is posted...not based on a manages mood that day!!! So like I said, Don't go to this place, unless you are a supplement expert. Because the manager and employees are not are not worried about anybody's well being. read more
