This guy is super polite and I enjoyed making small talk with him. His customer service skills are EXCEPTIONAL!! The shop has a really cool vibe going on. They have everything you could possibly want. A few times I've gone in and JP was working. Once I was having problems with my mod and Instead of trying to sell me a new one JP fixed mine no charge.
