They have everything you could possibly want. A few times I've gone in and JP was working. Once I was having problems with my mod and Instead of trying to sell me a new one JP fixed mine no charge. I ALWAYS enjoy coming here even if it does mean I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way. This is how GREAT customer service is done. The prices there are comparable to other vape shops in the area. There are so many vape shops, we love to try them as we come upon them and we just happened to be passing by this place in need of juice. Pace is lucky to have a vape shop, HOWEVER. We walked in and there was one customer in the entire store at the counter asking questions about a set up. When we walked in, we weren't acknowledged. No hello, no, I'll be right with you, nothing. We just stood there being ignored while looking right at the employee behind the counter. He gave us not one glance. The customer actually turned around and smiled at us, which was a sign that there was life somewhere. All we wanted was juice, we knew which one and we were ready to purchase. Had this employee just looked up and acknowledged us being 4 feet from him, and had he been aware of true customer service, he would have told the gal that he was working with, that he would be right back, taken our money, given us the juice and we would have left. He still had 20 minutes with this woman, at the very least, since she was buying a new set up. He honestly was going to make us wait that long just to buy a juice? Seriously? We walked out and the employee didn't even bat an eye. We were 2 feet from him at the door. He didn't stop us. It's like we were ghosts. Unbelievable. We've never experienced this level of being ignored in any vape shop in the area. I guess Frank, who is the manager, states on his page that his customer service is "UNMATCHED," that his ultimate goal is to help in any way possible, that they have been providing SUPERIOR service since 2013. Really!? Hey Frank? Maybe you should tell your employees what your expectations are in your business because if you don't, you'll be closed in a year. We'll never go back.

The owner told the employee working that points "reset" each year and that my points from shopping at this location for 8 years were no longer valid. I've spent well over 10,000$ in this store and have been a loyal customer but unfortunately due to the poor management and not informing customers about their point policy I will no longer be shopping here and will be telling the copious number of customers that I've recommended to take their business elsewhere. You've burnt an 8 year customer and I hope you as an owner change your ways before you lose many more. Edit number two as I wrote the above review while standing in the store and new customer signed up for their point system. Following there sign up they were informed what the points could be used on. ($15 coupon on entire purchase) what was not informed that the points expire after a year. Again, I reiterate the above. This is something that needs to be explained to customers when they sign up for the point system.
