Avoid this location if you value your time. I've given them three chances, and every time it's a disaster. Most recently, I waited nearly 40 minutes for one script, only to be treated rudely by the tech, Breshaun. The service is incredibly slow and the staff seems completely disinterested in patient care. Thankfully, my insurance is changing in April so I can finally leave Walgreens behind. I won't be back, and as a local clinic manager, I'll be advising my patients to fill their medications elsewhere. read more

They don't answer the phone. I called for 3 days, no one answered. I had to drive to the store to get a script filled. I waited a good 10+ minutes for my turn... 4 people working the pharmacy, the only one helping customers was the young woman working the drive thru. The phone didn't ring one time, no blinking lights indicating a call as I could see 2 of the phones. I also think I saw one towards the back, on the counter. The crew there now is awfu. read more

Very poor customer service the pharmacy tech Rachelle displayed a very unprofessional nasty attitude when asked to speak to her manager she asked me where is mines. Tried to argue with me about a address and continued to ask same repeated questions as to what the DOB. This is my fave Walgreens bc it's at the corner by Tops hamburgers & they have the cash machine so I can get some mo-nay to get moi Tops double bacon cheeseburger!!! lol Razors, soap, whatever I may need I pick it up here, grab my cash & go stuff my pie hole at Tops across the street! Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone and when you finally reach someone after many times of being disconnected they put you through a hold loop until that disconnects you. Absolutely the worst pharmacy for a sick single mother trying to get much needed medications. No compassion whatsoever. I've been disconnected three times in one day so far and the 1800 can't help either. Walgreens corporate should be ashamed how they run their business and hire more people to staff this location. read more

I have used this Walgreens for the last couple of years. Anytime I buy wine here I am asked for my ID and have not once had anyone that has accompanied me been asked for ID until two days ago. The gentleman who asked for the ID of the person with me typically works in the photo department. I asked him why this has never happened before and he told me it is and has been corporate policy to always ask for ID for every person standing at the counter. I have bought wine from this Walgreens and not been carded at all.... I don't have a problem with the policy, I simply have a problem with inconsistency. read more

They suck. I've had two prescriptions waiting to be filled, my insurance needed a referral from my physician before they would fill them. Weeks later I called to find out the status only to find out they had gotten the referral but never filled them, never called...nothing. April one of the pharmacist needs to go to school for customer service, she has waited on me twice and was extremely rude both times. Pharmacy is reminiscent of old fashioned "drug store." Pharmacists are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ancillary pharmacy staff equally competent and friendly. I could order my meds cheaper on a 90 day mail plan but I'll pay a little more for excellent service. read more

Convenient location for our residence downtown. the staff in the store is generally helpful and friendly. We've had a couple of issues with the pharmacy the last being that a pharmacist tech acted unprofessionally and made fun of my girlfriend because she stumbled over her last name when asked about the spelling. She had a recent name change so it was an understandable mistake. The pharmacist thought she had left and started joking with her coworkers about how she couldn't even spell her name. Very surprising to see such unprofessional behavior in the workplace. still giving the location and rest of the staff a 3 overall. They lost a star because of the incident. read more

Walgreens is a pretty easy pharmacy to work with. The location is convenient to downtown, and unlike most of the area grocery store pharmacies, I can use their drive through. read more

Had to change pharmacy with my new insurance. Transferring is not easy as the app states. My first filled prescription they didn't count the pills. Left out quite a few. Decided to give Walgreens another chance no big deal. Then for over 2 weeks I tried to transfer prescription from Walmart. Walgreens is not only incompetent but basically pharmacy staff could care less about a new customer. Complained to assistant manager and corporate. Someone was suppose to call me back. Never heard from them. I've started transferring prescription to another pharmacy NOT WALGREENS. It appears that Walgreens can hire the worst customer service people AND support their rude behavior. I will never go to any Walgreens again. read more
