Additionally once they think they can't get money from you for any number of reasons they will continously talk over you and refuse to listen to your questions or statements and concerns, and instead will just keep talking louder and at an elevated agitation level. This is very unkind especially to someone who has a long history of anxiety and extreme ptsd. They do not truly care about their patients. They also openly stated they do not follow the states guidelines for seasonal residents and proof of residency. I had a print out from the state of Florida's official MMC website and they just said "well, we don't accept that, it's our corporate policy, I've worked here for 5 years, I know the law better than you" To be honest, I've had better care from a rabies infested rat nest in the middle of the subway in Philadelphia than I received from DocMJ.
