Apparently the doctor, Dr. Raymond, is not available. He is the only doctor they have working for this shit company and just takes off for vacations for long periods of time, so according to Kayla he won't be back to help patients renew their cards indefinitely. He is also one of the most apathetic coldest doctors I have ever dealt with and is unwilling to answer any questions or provide any information. I have been without my medical card for weeks. Fortunately I am switching doctors to Marijuana Doctor on Cypress Gardens where I actually received help from someone who has compassion and doesn't treat their patients like garbage. They said they don't provide new diagnosis for anything covered under the Florida MMC laws. Additionally once they think they can't get money from you for any number of reasons they will continously talk over you and refuse to listen to your questions or statements and concerns, and instead will just keep talking louder and at an elevated agitation level. This is very unkind especially to someone who has a long history of anxiety and extreme ptsd. They do not truly care about their patients. They also openly stated they do not follow the states guidelines for seasonal residents and proof of residency. I had a print out from the state of Florida's official MMC website and they just said "well, we don't accept that, it's our corporate policy, I've worked here for 5 years, I know the law better than you" To be honest, I've had better care from a rabies infested rat nest in the middle of the subway in Philadelphia than I received from DocMJ.
