If this is being at the" top of the pain management game", then I may as well give up and just be done with this. I had to go to see another pain management specialist to even get radiology ordered again. Last appointment, I waited in the exam room over 45 minutes for Dr Griffee to get them back in the computer system to check out, then she never mentioned the reason she even went to get them (to check out whether she agreed with a spinal ablation recommended by other physician). I think it took so long, she didn't even remember why she was getting them. By this point I am so cold and in even more pain from sitting cold for so long, I am exhausted. Then it's on to the same "lyrica, gabapentin, the long muscle relaxer list, so sorry" and we will see u in a couple months... she is a friendly doctor, just can't keep paying for hello-how-are-you's and no actual plan for trying to help me get better. It started off with 5 patients coming in after me and began processing in before me. What's the point of an appointment? (rhetorical) And yes I was on time for my appointment. 23 minutes is not terribly long to wait in the lobby but this delay transferred to a 39 minute wait in a room because I became #6 or should I say last of the group of patients I got the last room at the far end of the hallway. Now as I sit in this room, the MA brings in a prehistoric blood pressure wrist machine that malfunctioned during the blood pressure check. The icing on the cake, the MA says the Doctor will be in with you shortly. I had to ask...is a doctor or Physician Assistant (PA). And she had to correct herself. A back brace was forced into my care plan after I said specifically that I do not want one and I would consider it. Guess they are trying to wring my ins company for more $. I have been using Dynamic for 3 yrs now and each time they get more sketchy. Oh, for a doctors office, they have the worst old raggedy chairs that gets black stuff all over your butt and the peelings of faux leather gathers around your feet as you sit. Surely that carries some type of health risk. After 3 second, you can feel the metal frame of the chairs. It is clear that there is a lack of investment into this business. I could get better chairs at the thrift store. I counted 64 chairs in their lobbies and none were decent. I feel for elders sitting down and not having a choice but to suffer on top of their ailment. Also, clear your day if you use them. Timeliness is not their niche, unless you are late. Because then, the incompetent worker can put you to the back of the line in front of the guy who was on time. In conclusion, this company does not invest in itself. It can't handle the basics of healthcare, decent chairs, and competent workers. They do not have any pride in what they do for a living. I shared this with the nurses practitioner and she said "okay" as if that's normal. She didn't offer any explanation or sympathy she was totally dismissive and appeared to be winging it. She clearly needs more training and education. I've obviously terminated my treatment with them as everyone working there seems clueless. Something needs to be done the way they treat patients is unacceptable!

After one appointment and being in worse shape than she was initially, she decided she needed to cancel her second appointment. The appointment was for a Tuesday. She called on Monday to cancel the appointment seeing that Saturday and Sunday they were closed. They still took her $75 because they said she could've left a message on the machine on Saturday or Sunday, even though they wouldn't have gotten that message until Monday, same day that she called. Do not go to this place. It's a quack. They do not offer any reasonable or logical solutions to your problems and are in it for obviously just taking the money of hard working and elderly people. I called to speak with the office manager who was rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say and talked over me. All she had to say was is that my mother read the paperwork, signed it and agreed to it. She was very rude and lacking common, customer service skills. The solutions they were offering my mother in office, led to her being injured and now she has to spend money to get herself repaired elsewhere.
