Signs say walk-ins welcome and same day approvals, however when you enter they ask for your…read moreexisting medical records and say they have no one on site who can diagnosis and approve you for a medical card if you don't have your medical records in hand. They said they don't provide new diagnosis for anything covered under the Florida MMC laws. Additionally once they think they can't get money from you for any number of reasons they will continously talk over you and refuse to listen to your questions or statements and concerns, and instead will just keep talking louder and at an elevated agitation level. This is very unkind especially to someone who has a long history of anxiety and extreme ptsd. They do not truly care about their patients. They also openly stated they do not follow the states guidelines for seasonal residents and proof of residency. I had a print out from the state of Florida's official MMC website and they just said "well, we don't accept that, it's our corporate policy, I've worked here for 5 years, I know the law better than you" To be honest, I've had better care from a rabies infested rat nest in the middle of the subway in Philadelphia than I received from DocMJ. The receptionist however did have some good music she was playing in the waiting area.

Thankfully Dr. Beasly doesnt dig to deep but enough to determine if I qualify for the card. She was very informative, as I this is my.forrst time seeking out a cars as my P.C.M. referred me rathher than throw a dozen pills at me. Plus vets get a discount, so if your a vet with P.T.S.D. its well worth it to brkng peace back into your life. I know cannabis works as when I lived in Alaska (Recreationallly Legal) my shrink up there just said go smoke marijuana. Sure enough, I can feel my sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight system, which I'm stuck in this mode 24/7) calm down and letting the parasympathetoc nervous system finally kick in (the rest and digest side). It helps me live a life full of joy again. I can feel again. I'm not so scares, my appetite returns, I can get a full nights sleep, I'm not as nearly afraid to go put into public. I'd highly recommend Dr. Beasley. As a vet, it was nice to be treated by a Dr. That actual had compassion and underrstandong for my condition.

This is one of the absolute WORST places to try and obtain a medical marijuana card. The "owner"'s…read morename is Kayla, she is one of the rudest people and is unwilling to help her customers. She should not be handling phone calls and dealing with patients, she was incredibly insulting and unwilling to help me whatsoever. I needed to make a new doc appointment to renew my card. Apparently the doctor, Dr. Raymond, is not available. He is the only doctor they have working for this shit company and just takes off for vacations for long periods of time, so according to Kayla he won't be back to help patients renew their cards indefinitely. He is also one of the most apathetic coldest doctors I have ever dealt with and is unwilling to answer any questions or provide any information. I have been without my medical card for weeks. Fortunately I am switching doctors to Marijuana Doctor on Cypress Gardens where I actually received help from someone who has compassion and doesn't treat their patients like garbage. Heed my warning fellow medical marijuana users, don't be fooled by their website or phony reviews, these people are the worst and should be shut down for good!
