No notice from Walgreens. When I asked what I need to do the parceled me honey and said you have to contact Walgreens because that is an app issue. I inquired about how I could get a refill and she said contact you primary care doctor on Monday. All if her comment were defensive. We have experienced the decline in customer support for sometime at this location. Other Walgreens have been customer oriented. Not here.

It's the slowest pharmacy on the planet but that's not my gripe. My gripe is they never answer the phone so you have to leave a message. Well, they don't call you back so there's no way to know if your prescription is being filled, what time to pick it up etc.. You call at 9:00 am she says it won't be ready till 2:00. You show up at 3:00 and it hasn't even been started. It's constant. It's every month. It's ridiculous. When I caught her in a bold faced lie about "Melissa" calling and leaving a voicemail (which I could hear Melissa in the background saying she didn't) and asked to talk to the manager she said" We can just transfer your prescription to another store if you're not happy with the service". I said no, I just would like my prescription filled please and would like to speak with the store manager please. I wasn't rude as a matter of fact I'm always overly nice. I believe these calls are recorded so corporate could easily pull up the recording to see I'm telling the truth. She got mad because I wanted her superiors to know how she's running that pharmacy. I visit this pharmacy twice a week, we buy all our over the counter medications and creams there- not because it's cheapest but because it's convenient and I believe in support smaller stores. When we became new patients about a year ago I came in to get my entire family set up. I care for my elderly mother as well as my disabled brother, and am the only one that is able to obtain there medications. Today after calling in for a normal refill on an active prescription I was told by Brittany that she can't do anything for my mothers prescription refills because hippa forms havnt been signed by her. After months of picking up these same medications, now we need to go back and do paperwork? It blows my mind... a big box store takes request from family members for refills and lets them pick up, even if it's a controlled substance with proper identification. Brittany made it clear this was not her problem and even though I expressed I was out of state at the moment and really needed this script to be filled, she had a "not my problem" mentality. In a world where life already so stressful you shouldn't have to argue with your pharmacist on procedures they would like to start randomly doing. I'm for regulations- but these forms, if needed, should have been brought up when our family was first established as new customers. The Cantonment Pharmacy staff are truly devoted to their jobs and really do try to help you as much as they can. The thing I really like about them is that they fill your prescriptions REALLY fast. Usually, at CVS or Walgreens, they say that they will fill your prescription in about a day, but, when you show up a day later, they still haven't filled your prescription yet! The pharmacist, Candace, refused to dispense the remainder of the medication I had already paid…read morefor. The pharmacy charged me triple what I should have paid and dispensed less than I needed. I paid for 90 days worth of medication and I only received a 30 day supply. When I called to attempt to fix THEIR mistake, Candace repeatedly cut me off, told me I wasn't listening, and said that she would not give me the medication I was charged for. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade and it has always been terrible. Extremely high turnover rate, rude, incompetent workers, and constant issues So many times I have gone without my medications due to this pharmacy's inability to function properly. The ONLY reason why I have stayed with this pharmacy for so long is because it is open 24 hours a day. At this point, I am going to get my prescriptions mailed from a different company's pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed with this pharmacy and will never shop at Walgreens again.
