The "Physician" on duty I don't believe had ever performed a DOT physical before. I've been having this done for over 15 years in the trucking industry. Horrible, very bad idea. To add insult to injury, the fee I paid knowingly for my physical wasn't the only charge they hit me with. Some kind of first patient sign up fee for almost $200 on top of the $250 DOT. I gave up fighting them over it but I'll never willingly go into another CVS again for anything. Did I mention horrible people? Thanks for your time. I am not a BOT!!

"I have a question for you sir" I said. He then says " I can't help you until 2." Needless to say the customer service here is awful. I really needed help today. When I refill my prescriptions, there is always an option to choose what time you want to pick up your medicine at. When you set the pick up time, you expect it to be on time. Well, when I visited a week ago, and I came at the time I set up the pick up time. I thought they would have it ready for me to pick up at that time, but they did not even fill that order yet. They told me that it would only be a 5 minute wait, but a 5 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait! The only positive thing I can say about this visit was that the lady at the counter was being very apologetic. That made the experience slightly less frustrating.

Transferring my prescriptions from Niceville was something of an issue between my doctor's office and the Niceville pharmacy but Will, the Head Technician, at the Pensacola pharmacy took the time and effort (something you don't see too much these days) to straighten it out and had my prescription refilled in less than an hour. The entire staff is always, with no exception, kind, courteous and, most importantly, helpful. They all have lovely senses of humor and are always genuinely happy to see and take care of their customers. Thank you, Walmart, for this staff.

The amount of time it took her to say oh the deli won't open till 8 you could have cut the meat I needed.

The employees make sure that the store is up to standards. The prices are basically the same as a bigger walmart, maybe just a little cheaper. The store as a whole is nice! None of that nonsense at the Pace (or Pcola) location where I park several hundred yards away and hike it in, because the PoW stand in the middle of the traffic lane, perusing their receipts like they're about to discover that Ed McMahon just gifted them a $10 million Publisher's Clearing House prize. Step the eff off, retards! I gots places to be and people to see. This right here is the future of discount stores. They should knock down the Super Walmarts and build these every half mile. Especially near my house. I'd be up in it so often that the employees thought that I worked there.
