When I called to attempt to fix THEIR mistake, Candace repeatedly cut me off, told me I wasn't listening, and said that she would not give me the medication I was charged for. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade and it has always been terrible. Extremely high turnover rate, rude, incompetent workers, and constant issues So many times I have gone without my medications due to this pharmacy's inability to function properly. The ONLY reason why I have stayed with this pharmacy for so long is because it is open 24 hours a day. At this point, I am going to get my prescriptions mailed from a different company's pharmacy. Well, when I visited a week ago, and I came at the time I set up the pick up time. I thought they would have it ready for me to pick up at that time, but they did not even fill that order yet. They told me that it would only be a 5 minute wait, but a 5 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait! The only positive thing I can say about this visit was that the lady at the counter was being very apologetic. That made the experience slightly less frustrating.

I ask why and tells me she is not qualified??? Then I ask why I was not told before and she goes off with her liberal tyrant talk and tells me to leave and she is going to block me from all CVS stores, I mean give me a break, I don't live in the States any longer here for a visit and won't be back!
