If you need to visit this location, I suggest you go in the middle of the day when there's atleast a 50/50 chance someone will be there.

Once I located what I was looking for and went to the counter he asks for my phone number, ok that's fine. He proceeds to ask for my email address, and I politely let him know I do not want GNC's emails that I already receive them. This irritates him, and starts giving me the 3rd degree about how I receive GNC emails if I do not have an account. By the way I do receive GNC emails. After getting harassed for a minute I tell the employee, never mind proceed to walk out. I turn around and let him know he needs to work on his customer service skills. He responds with a few more smart ass comments and I ask for his manager's name, which he replies he is the manager. I ask again who his manager is, knowing full well there is someone above him, he says he is the manager and his name is Gary. I ask one more time and I get the same snide remark. At this point I say that's fine, I will find out who it is and left. This is the third time I've been in a GNC, and this is how the experience has gone all three times. If this is how GNC's operate, I will never step foot in one again, no matter if they are the only "local" way I can pick something up. GNC should be ashamed of how their employees treat customers, and this is not how customer experience is supposed to work.
