This place is super understaffed. When I walked in to speak to an associate for help finding a…read moreproduct, I couldn't find anybody available. IT WAS AN EMPTY STORE. I HAD TO WALK OUTSIDE TO MAKE SURE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS WERE CORRECT. I had walked aisle through aisle in search of somebody. It was completely empty and I can not stop repeating that to myself and this was at 5:00 P.M. I went to the back to ask the Pharmacy techs if there was anyone to help me out but the girl in the back told me that the associate is somewhere in the aisles tagging items. I told her I just checked the place and it's empty. I thought to myself, if I was a thief....I can easily walk out of here with probably a whole bunch of items and even the cash register before anybody notices since there was no one there. The girl Pharmacy tech just said, "oh" and I told her "I'll just try looking for an associate again." I was kind of hoping she could have gotten on the CVS business phone and intercom'ed somebody to help at the front but I guess it doesn't really work that way. The guy that was working the Pharmacy was extremely busy& on the phone talking to customers so I def wasn't going to ask him to ping somebody up to the front. the store overall is very clean, I felt safe walking around in there and there was plenty of parking. They do have a Amazon drop point if you have returns from amazon. They have good range of selection of stuff from drinks, makeup, neccesities, and even baby stuff if you need something quick. Their prices are of course expensive though.

The reason I am writing now is because of a card holder I have on my phone from Royal. I got it when I visited at least five years ago for my nephew's beautiful wedding. Anyway I decided to see if Royal is still around as I take off my worn out cedit card holder off of my phone. Hope to find another one that last this long. I will never forget Royal, moon pies and my sweet nephew with his beautiful family.

They also deliver prescriptions downtown without any additional fees. They answer the phone promptly and with kindness. The big box pharmacy could learn a lot from their examples.
