The entrance/exits to the parking lot can be a bit tricky, but manageable. The inside is well stocked, clean and well maintained. Their restrooms were closed when I visited, but oh well. Prices are reasonable, employees are friendly enough. read more

I have been using this Walgreens since it purchased Rite Aid in 2017. I have ordered the same 4 medication every month. I only use this pharmacy for my Work Comp meds. WC should be the only insurance on file at this pharmacy. The majority of the time they can't file this correctly. I've told them, more times then I can count, to remove any other insurances on my account. Once again I call to refill my meds, that I have been taking for 26 years, and they said that one of them is not covered. The person on the phone stated they would transfer me to someone who could help and then processed to hang up. I hate this pharmacy. Customer service sucks!!!!! There should be a 0 star rating. read more

Sadly, this store is indicative of the vicinity it's located. The pharmacy staff is great via telephone, but very slow in person. After a year with this store, prescriptions have been lost, missing, or sent to other stores. Despite not feeing safe on the outside, the store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly, but again the pharmaceutical service needs an overhaul. read more

I'd like to take a minute and get a huge shout out to this Walgreens location every single person that works there from the pharmacy department to the main. Walgreens department was absolutely amazing accommodating polite, extremely helpful. I was in a bind with the prescription situation the head pharmacist was so beautiful and amazing beautiful person, the other pharmacist and pharmacist text were also extremely polite and helpful and understanding. Due to the system of nature of my type of prescription needs it's somewhat can be viewed as it has in the past when I've been in a pinch and need to go to a pharmacist I don't use regularly, it's not looked at in a way that is combating that has a lot to do with society and taboo and peoples misunderstanding of things. But there was none of that there. If anything they went above me on help me make sure I got what I need. I greatly appreciate it then on the main Walgreens floor all of the folks were great from the Hallmark lady that was there working on behalf of Hallmark and stocking cards. She was so amazing a beautiful Little thing just cutest can be so helpful and out of her way to help me with what I needed and she didn't even necessarily work for Walgreens. To the cashier who I've dealt with a few times and she is always such a lovely person. To RJ working out on the floor Getting everything done right stocking things helping me with getting into the restroom. Just a super cool, nice polite guy. This guy is a manager he definitely needs to be looked at one for potential and definitely get MRA get all these people raise. Everybody needs to be paid more. They all go above and beyond they're working for this giant corporation, they all need to get a raise because you want to keep your people when you have good people and shoppers appreciate that sort of thing and definitely get these folks some more money. Awful! The store staff is very kind, however the pharmacist and the entire pharmacy staff appear to be on a work release program and not at a job. Your prescription is more often wrong or they have an issue and it's inconvenient for them to assist in any manner! read more

Called regarding a prescription, I get a recording. Then disconnected, Call back, ask for Pharmacy, the recording says we have problems, call another time and again disconnects. Not the good service I knew since 1973 when Wal greens used to be the best. All about the Benjamins. read more

I've noticed that the employees and staff at this particular Walgreens are not as friendly like the other Walgreens that I have been to. When you walk in the store, the cashier or store clerk, especially at the front, usually does not greet you or speak. There are quite a few young employees. There was one that I saw who looked like he didn't care about his appearance. Also, I was getting my items checked out by another young cashier and not once did I hear her say "how are you", "did you find everything ok", or "have a nice day". She may have talked when she told me what my total was but it may have been the only time she talked. When I go to other Walgreens in Mobile, I'm usually greeted with something like "hi welcome to Walgreens," but not in this Walgreens. read more

This Walgreen's pharmacy was our pharmacy for years (they were always extremely slow) but after regularly losing or making mistakes with our family's prescriptions we felt we had no choice but to change to another pharmacy. When I told the manager we were looking into changing I was told "OK". They don't seem to care at this location. read more

Had prescription to be filled. Fill date was the date I took it in. They refused to fill it because it was 3 days shy from a month from the last one. The pharmacist said it was the DEA policy. I called the DEA, they said it is NOT their policy and that Walgreen's does this on their own. So, I was lied to, they would not fill it even though it was the fill date which means they are now practicing medicine without a licence. Stay the hell away from this place. read more

Can't say I've ever had a bad experience here in the 6 years that I've used them. Great stop on your lunch break to grab necessities or just browse the special sections (e.g., holidays, clearance). Pharmacy hint: if you're in a hurry to get a prescription filled, DO NOT use the drive thru. They automatically tell you one hour. If you go in, they will fill it while you wait! Usually in less than 10 minutes! More time to browse :) also, signing up for the bonus rewards program gets you into the prescription email reminder service. You can easily refill your prescription so you never run out, and you can check the price before you get there. read more
