Now I completely understand if this is an old rule that is just now trying to be enforced regularly... That being said, it should be enforced by ALL the employees. Not just the one. It is EXTREMELY confusing to the customers. If there are rules, they need to be enforced and followed. The older, heavyweight lady, with short strawberry blond hair and glasses cussed me out and left the store IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR TRANSACTION. She cussed at me and threatened me saying I better not come back while she is working and left the store tell me to "shut up." When I normally come in, she is sweet and kind and inquiries about my day. This situation needs to be addressed and taken care of immediately, or I will be suing (due to the fact that I was being threatened and harassed, even AFTER she removed herself from the situation). I shop here MULTIPLE times, EVERY DAY. I have never had an issue being disrespected - until today. Well ma'am, I'll be back tomorrow. Just so you know, in advance. Hopefully, I can shop here in the future with no issues, and without feeling unsafe. This was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. And hope she has a better attitude in the future! I know a wonderful church that would be willing to help you find peace with your problems!

Forty miles from home tire goes flat (not blaming Walmart) 11:00 pm in construction zone, drove to first exit and pulled off. Unloaded luggage from trunk pulled out jack and lug wrench set up jack and started to loosen lugs. had to stand on wrench to break lug loose second one wouldn't budge. Called AAA 2 to 3 hours. After 2 and a half hours AAA called said it was going to be another 2 to 3 hours, so called a local tow truck. the young man was over 300 lbs. He stood on my lug wrench with a pipe for extension and got them to break loose and then put my spare on. $147.50 because your employee maliciously put the lugs on so tight or was not trained!!! I'm 66 yrs old man with my sister 73. 4 hours to go 40 miles!!! absolute BULL SH--!!! When we left it 75 degrees at 11:00 it was 35. 4/04/25 at Walmart's. Left to come home 8:15 am 4/06/25 got home 3:15 4/07/25. 40 miles 4 hours $147.50

I am in Mobile on vacation and was looking for a nail salon. I came across this one on Yelp. I was…read morea bit skeptical by the mixed reviews. I called and they were about to close but the owner allowed me to come in the next morning an hour prior to them opening, which was amazing. Upon arrival, the place was spacious and very clean. My tech was cleaning the pedicure chair I was going to be using. His name was Si. He wore gloves and masks the whole time. I was able to get my pedi and gel mani in the same chair, thus not having to move around while the place got busier. Si was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. He took his time and did not rush the process even though the place was getting busier. I am extremely happy with the service. For services they have a menu and you can choose your experience. So, the price level is up to what you want. I would go back to Si at this location and this review reflects only his service and what I saw as far as cleanliness and space of the place. Extra thank you to the owner for being accommodating.

He then told me he would tell me the store number phone number or anything bc he's a manager so respectful Eric don't deserve his position if he can't do his job without snarky remarks
