If you did any research at all you would know that Alabama is ranked highest in liquor tax so it's not the stores fault they have to keep the prices as they are. If you talk to the guys that work there they usually throw in freebies. As for the smell they burn incense sticks and I find it very soothing when I walk in. Like I said I love going to Rainbow Package. Its friendly service and its not too expensive I found them to be the cheapest among privately owned package stores in Mobile. :)
