Except for labs I have had 25+ visits when I have left satisfied. Labs are great (the blood-taker lady is sooo good); they just run a bit slow. Count for a 30 minute wait and I have tried all sorts of navigations to find the fast time - without results. Take a book. The front desk performs effortlessly. Never have I gotten a wrong bill. Prescription refills and nurses by phone are a breeze. Did I say I also love my Doctor?

September 2025 Dr. Ros never ceases to amaze me…read more The Dear Man went above and beyond for me, in saving my life and finding out exactly what was wrong with my heart. Talk about an A+ Doctor. I thank Dr. Ros for finding out what my heart issue's were and extending my life for many more year's to come. Dr. Ros was also extremely instrumental in helping my beautiful Son, Judd Heath. Judd, needed an aortic valve replacement and is doing extremely well. I thank God for giving us Dr. Ros and his wealth of knowledge for extending both our lives. We are both incredibly blessed. I'd also like to thank Dr. Ros' nurse Bhenreenah, she is such a beautiful soul. Bhenreenah also went above and beyond and was able to help me obtain the right appointment's for extended care for my Son. We both had appointments this morning: she at 9:20 to review labs and my initial consult at 11:20. We went together since we have a single car and live on Okaloosa Island. The receptionist met us with a smile and was able to combine our two appointments into a single meeting with Dr. Ros. Talk about customer service!!! Completely eliminated a 2-hour wait for me. Good on ya, Marilyn! Dr. Ros impressed both of us with his caring attitude, professionalism and willingness to spend the time with us necessary to answer our questions and leave us feeling great about our decision to make him our primary physician. We both wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Gustavo Ros for anyone needing an internist.

Not only was she over an HOUR late (did not apologize for running late), she said she would prescribe me antibiotics for my painful ear infection, and she failed to call those into the pharmacy before her practice closed on December 29th (when my appointment was). Because she failed to callI I won't get my antibiotics called into the pharmacy until Dr. Susan Guentzel returns to her office on January 3rd (I STILL AM IN PAIN FROM EAR INFECTION). If you have the option of going to another doctor, MAKE SURE TO DO SO...Dr. Susan Guentzel isn't even worth a 1 star rating.
