Dr. Campbell is absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen. Because I'm uninsured I have been saying doctors over here in Baldwin County who see uninsured patients at a much lower charge. These are excellent doctors but I'm now having to wait 8 to 10 weeks for an appointment. I have seen Dr Campbell for years now. He is mild mannered, friendly, and a overall knowledgeable doctor. When I need to schedule an appointment, I am usually able to get one within a couple of days. I have had no issues with the staff or billing. I am also seen within an hour of the scheduled appointment which is very convenient. read more

My husband is a patient at this office. Every time he calls for an appointment he is told the doctor will be out of the office. The staff directed him to schedule an appointment when he called their office complaining of chest pains. He had asked to speak with a nurse to determine if he should go to the hospital with the symptoms he was having or wait. The front office did not even allow him to speak with the nurse. Protocol is to direct patients to the nearest ER or to call 911. Unfortunately my husband was just needing confirmation as he was trying to find someone to tell him he did not need to go. Their casual response almost allowed that to happen. He had a sleep study completed and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. He took the paperwork by their office to have the machine ordered and was told he would have to wait for his upcoming appointment to address the CPAP machine. He had been instructed by the occupational health doctor who ordered the study to take it to his PCP to get the machine order. Once at the appointment, Dr. Campbell refused to order the machine and stated he would have to go to pulmonary to get the order even though he already had been diagnosed and the report even provided the recommended settings. Had he known in advance that they do not order the CPAP machines (lots of PCP do) then he would not have wasted his time nor money seeing Dr. Campbell. I have worked in healthcare for 23 years in all aspects (clinical, management, and billing). This office is very lazy and does not put their patients first. Dr. Jonathan Campbell has earned our loyalty! We've been displeased by other physicians in Mobile and we are lucky we found him. We are thrilled with Dr. Campbell. He treated us kindly, was patient and listened. He is very thorough and explains everything well. A combination of professional and friendly is hard to find in physicians, sadly, and is rare. I was going ti Campbell fir several years. He treated my anxiety and gastritis. So ivcalled ti make an appointment and was told i eas no longer his patient but noone would tell me why. Not only that i am not allowed to see ANY Dr associated w mobile Infirmary. I demanded to kkow why and got no answer si hes stopped my benzos prescription cold turkey. As a resultbive had 4 seizures. Son of a bitch didnt even wean me. I havent done anything to deserve this treatment. Hes a quack anyway. Everyone in Mobile gors to him bc they know they csn gey drugs easily. I was very pleased with the physician and his staff at this facility. Dr. Campbell was professional and met my health needs.Rooms were very clean. Appointment was on time and efficient. The MA that did my vital signs and the receptionist that handled my co pay were all very efficient and I felt very comfortable there. read more
