After two appointments with no help finally on the third appointment got someone to listen to me. Their recommendation was a CPAP machine which isn't that bad but the machine never worked correctly. I could never get help with that. After two sleep testings I still have severe sleep apnea and now a worthless CPAP machine. Don't waste your time with Pulmonary Assoc. none of the doctors or nurses in the sleep apnea clinic only give a crap about you and only how fast they can get your $$ and shove you out the door is the way you will be treated. I can't warn you enough not to waste your time going to them. They will only ignore you, as they did me. You deserve better.

All my other previous OBGYN appts are usually under 15-20 min wait, and front desk is sure to let me know of any delays to expect, as deliveries and emergencies happen. Nursing staff & blood work lab were both very kind in the back, but as a healthcare provider myself, I think it's always nice when front desk takes the time to greet you and also keep you posted on time frame if you've been waiting 1-1.5hr past your appointment time. Will definitely return here, but just something I've heard from a few others & experienced myself. Thank you!!

The doctor was friendly and ultimately prescribed the right treatment, covering two possible diagnoses at once, which I appreciate. However, the communication was lacking. The discharge paperwork only referenced one condition, with no mention of the second possibility. I only found out because my husband recognized the prescription names. When I asked the staff what the second medication was for, the answer was essentially that it "goes with" the first, which isn't an explanation. Patients need to know what they're being treated for and why, especially when the diagnosis is uncertain.

If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.

Went here for a GI consult for my sweetheart. From beginning to finish this office was very…read moreprofessional with up to date front office technology and the staff is very good. We arrived to their very pleasant and comfortable office and they were following appropriate Covid protocols. The check-in and paperwork was easy and not cumbersome. I went into the consult with my wife and after vitals and a few questions we had a short wait before we were seen by a nurse practitioner who was very thorough and was a good listener who explored a lot of issues. We were able to pass on the "go to" colonoscopy and settled on CT scans and other diagnostic methods. One none to pick is they gave us sample kits to take home that were not acceptable to our local lab, LabCorp, which resulted in having to get the GI office to call in a new order and making multiple trips to the lab. I would also preferred to have at least a quick conversation with one of the resident GI docs.
