But only as long as you have the proper insurance and can pay the additional thousands of dollars in co-pays and additional fees. BUT, if you DON'T have the proper insurance, and a wad of cash stashed under your mattress, well then, you might as well just move along. That is to say, within the constraints of your physical ability to move at all! So if you find, while trying to find other means of obtaining the procedure you so desperately need, that you only require a minimal form to accompany an application for said assistance, in order to get back being a productive member of society, don't expect any help with that! A simple form, a half page piece of paper, nothing more than a few scribbles, the only thing left standing in the way of just sending the application for assistance....well, you better just go back and start over with another, EQUALLY talented surgeon, because Dr. Matthew Barber just doesn't have time to consider anything that he cannot place on his list of super-human achievements.

He not only fixed my knee, he kept both of the did not saw the bones. I don't know if that will work for everyone. He let me have at home therapy, and after two weeks I was told I should have a walker which I really didn't need. even the anesthesia experience was amazing as when I woke up I was wide awake. I was 79 when I had the surgery. When I get the other one done, Dr. Zarzour is the only one who will work on my knee. I don't even know it's there anymore and that was two years ago. He is a busy man so his PA does the front work. True, he doesn't spend with but he will answer your questions and he's always friendly. He will even offer you a cup of coffee. He's my knee doctor.

NOTHING is set up. No home health, no assistance of any kind. I live alone, have a flight of stairs to climb to get into my apartment, have no one to assist me, drive me. Finally get a call from his nurse just days before surgery, she's nasty, blames me for their failure. Still nothing set up. They have done nothing. It's all about the $. They made sure they got their money first.

I cancelled my appointment and will not be rescheduling with this doctor. This office charges the patient $25 if you cancel under 24 hours before the appointment. Maybe they also need to reimburse patients $25 when they can not uphold their appointment times since we have to waste time and take off work to see them. I for one will not be returning to this office at Orthopedic Group in Mobile, Alabama. And I definitely will not even consider scheduling another appointment with Dr Jeffrey Boatright. Today is tuesday september first. I had my first appointment last tuesday at nine a m. After being…read morethere, a total of an hour and forty five minutes. And only finding myself in the line for x ray which wasn't moving. I left. On my way out, I made an appointment to come back today. I waited in the lobby over thirty minutes before being called back to x ray where I waited another ten or fifteen minutes. I was then taken into a room where a nurse practitioner came in. And she clearly had no idea why I was there exactly. She was focused on my spinal x. Ray, which has nothing to do with where my pain is or what is causing it. She pushed and pulled on my legs and feet, but never offered to touch or examine the area of the problem. It became more and more clear. She just wasn't listening to me at all. After twenty five more minutes, doctor hicks finally came in. And at least he checked the immediate area where the pain is but still stuck to the spinal issue and wanted me to get an mri. We even went over my CT. Photos together and then he talked about giving me a shot in my spine after the mri. I'm not a medical person, but I know enough. That my spine is not causing the soft tissue problem. I'm having nowhere near. I told him I didn't see any reason for the. M r I and he ordered his assistant to schedule it. Anyway, so she walked me out. Explaining the process to me, and I just nodded and left. I won't be letting them bill. My insurance for any more waste of time, including the. M r I or any follow ups. This was horrible service and treatment two weeks in a row.

At some point the person that is on hold is important too. I've been in a position where I had to wait on clients in line and on the phone before but I can tell you I have never left someone on hold for that long! I ended up Hanoi and calling back only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. I love how I am treated here and the type of care they provide is the best I have had! I get my ankles and back taken care of here and now my knee so I should know the quality of care they give.

I saw Dr. Jason Determann today for a popping and occasional pain after working out in my shoulder…read more As a member of Orangetheory Fitness and relying on my body as a student in the healthcare field, I don't like to be idle for long. So when some discomfort arose in my shoulder after a workout, and persisted for several weeks with certain moves, I decided to get it checked out. The wait in the waiting room was super quick. I was halfway through my first page of paperwork when I was called back for x-rays. The x-rays took very little time, and I was placed in an exam room to wait for the doctor. My time in the exam room before Dr. Determann came in was about 45 minutes, but I didn't mind. It's a busy facility with their own rehab center inside, so I'm sure he's busy between scheduled patients and popping over to the rehabilitation side of things as needed. He listened to my concerns and to me explain what happened when I started noticing popping and slight pain. He worked my shoulder, testing my movements and range of motion, and he felt around on my shoulder blade until he could pinpoint where the popping was occurring. He reviewed my x-rays with me and explained what was happening. Thankfully, I have a minor issue that simply needs some rehabilitation for strengthening! Nothing is wrong with my actual shoulder! I appreciated the time and effort of an appointment with him. Not once did I feel shrugged off or rushed. I left with some relief of knowing I don't have anything damaged at all, and it's great to know I can return here to be in great hands while strengthening a weak spot!
