I came here to pick up prints because its close by but it proved to be more difficult to pick up than necessary. Overall, the store itself is clean and fully stocked. The service wasn't overall a great experience. Not sure if the person that was at the photo center was meant to work there but she had a sour demeanor and I felt like a burden just asking a simple question. Although hesitant to help me, she gave me my poster board and told me to check out at the register. When I went to check out, the lady at the register was also not helpful. She scanned my barcode and told me to pay although I already paid online. With a lot of back and forth, I finally left after 10 minutes with my posters when they realized that I had already paid. Staff just wanted great or helpful at this location.

It's clean very well lit and they always have some great music to jam to while you're shopping. If I had to pick a favorite section of the store I would most likely have to go with the deli. They have the most amazing cheese. You can get Fontina, Asiago, Manchego and even Goat Cheese by the slice. Can you say awesome?? The meat selection is pretty good too. The bakery has some great treats and they have a pretty extensive wine selection. Everyone is really friendly and they take pride in their work. They never hesitate to greet you and are more than willing to help you find whatever you're looking for.

Entire aisles can be blocked with 30 Quebecers all catching one another up on the Bocce ball game that afternoon. But the folks at this Publix make it just right. I am currently visiting from out of state when my daughter became very sick and had to be taken to the hospital at midnight, where she tested positive for the flu. Her prescription was sent to the nearest pharmacy, which was this CVS location. When I arrived the following morning, I was met by an overwhelmed employee at the pharmacy counter who immediately told me to go to the nearest Walgreens due to insurance issues. I understood that my insurance might not be accepted and was fully prepared to pay out of pocket if necessary. However, instead of being offered options, I was simply told it would cost "over a hundred dollars" and that it would be in my best interest to go elsewhere. I drove to Walgreens, where the pharmacist informed me that the situation would be the same and suggested I return to CVS and ask about paying out of pocket. They also recommended looking for a coupon online, which I fortunately was able to find. When I returned to CVS, there was a long line. I explained what Walgreens had told me, but the same employee seemed unwilling to assist and initially refused to help. It felt as though I was inconveniencing her by asking for support. Only after further discussion did she mention that she had coupons available. This left me wondering why this option was not offered from the beginning, which would have saved valuable time during an already stressful family emergency. I was then told it would be another 20-minute wait. As someone visiting from out of state and dealing with a sick child, this experience was extremely disappointing. A little more willingness to help and clearer communication would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this left a very poor impression during what was already a difficult situation. The boxes of candy are usually on sale 2 for $3 or close to that price deal. The exact same box of candy in the movie theatre is $5 each. He had what I needed and I needed to transfer the prescription to his shop. I went in person and got the electronic prescription from the Walgreens. Called him at 2:35pm Saturday. Knowing he closed at 3:00pm, I explained I might actually "just" arrive at 3:00pm. His answer to me was..."Not to worry, I'll wait for you...drive safe". We arrived at 2:58pm. He filled the prescription. Gave me the needed extra directions for using the solution. And even went back to get me an small empty pill bottle to "hold" the vial of solution. Samuel is the best example of a caring and concerned pharmacist. He went that extra step to make sure I was taken care of...that I understood the new directions. Thank you. Thank you.

Spoke with the pharmacist who went out of his way to locate a non-narcotic option from one of the shelves. This Publix was well stocked and had every item on my list and noticed the staff fronting all the canned goods which makes identifying the item easier without reaching all the way to the rear of the shelf. The customer service desk employees worked quickly to cash in my FL Lotto tickets and to purchase new ones. Easy shopping experience with friendly staff, will return.

So Yanelis was talking with the customer for a long time about personal stuff just ignoring me not respecting my time. Her attitude also made the customer complete her transaction in a slow manner as well to further slow me down and disrespect me. When it was my turn to get rung up Yanelis went mute I felt she had something against me personally and she did not say hello nor goodbye, she even kept on talking with the customer as she was ringing me up. How rude! No customer service skills whatsoever. Showing respect and favor to one customer over the other. I was made to feel extremely unwelcome. Imagine being a cashier talking to another customer or even co worker for that matter and totally ignoring the customer you are supposed to pay attention to and assist. Wrong on all levels, Publix you need to do better and equally value all your customers especially since you are an employee owned company. I guess do not shop here unless you are on their good side and they favor you.
