He didn't check the camera to verify if I pumped my paid amount so I asked to speak to the manager and was told to show up tomorrow. When I did the supervisor was rude to me as well and refused to check the cameras as well. The service is awful and the clerks are not responsible in looking out for the customer. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here but it certainly is the last. The customer service is terrible! If you have the Exxon Mobil app, which I highly recommend if you come here frequently, it solves the receipt problem and saves you the time and trouble from having to use the machines. I just wish this Exxon was open 24/7 instead of closing at 11:00 pm. On a positive note, they have 16 stations to fill up your gas, so it's unlikely that you'll have to wait to use one.

The card will run you $2 but it's pretty worth it especially if you're getting gas here. They've got a car wash too which works pretty well for your token gas station car wash. Each time I visited I was not able to get my filters and domes because the hearing specialist was in the booth testing patients. After waiting for 30-45 minutes I had to leave. I know they are trying to cut back on staff, this is also cutting back on their customer service levels. I am so sorry that the receptionist position was eliminated in the hearing center. This has made a huge difference. Costco really should bring back the staff they need to do the job correctly.

They have an arepa place inside and there is a car wash/detail business on the right side of the property. I usually just get gas as the car wash tends to be busy. I've had the arepas several times.
